CTS Trip Master for our Disabled Rider Service

What do you like best about Trip Master?

Very easy to use, once we switched over to the mobile version I was even more impressed. It really saves time on validating

What do you dislike about Trip Master?

There are a few small features that could be improved but nothing major that I personally find issue with. Small things like a confirmation when you send a message out to a driver so that you know it went through on your end.

Recommendations to others considering Trip Master?

Again I will say since we have implemented the use of mobile technology this has been amazing and so much easier to use.

What problems is Trip Master solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to schedule rides for our disabled students to and from classes. Subscription trips really help with that service.

What do you like best about Trip Master?

What I like best about Trip Master from CTS software is that it is pretty much a full service tool. Automated scheduling is a great feature by increasing company transparency through better communication team members thus keeping everyone on the same page to avoid scheduling confusion.

What do you dislike about Trip Master?

There is nothing about this software that I dislike. It is cost effective, pricing is quite acceptable in consideration of the overall design and features included.

What problems is Trip Master solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trip Master and its design has allowed has increased company transparency and improved communication throughout.

Very user friendly and easy to train people to use.

Tends to glitch in the middle of reservations a few times a day.

It will streamline your scheduling process!

What problems is Trip Master solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping trips organized and being able to see exactly who scheduled each reservation helps to follow up with those employees who are making mistakes so that we can retrain them. It finds most addresses in a GPS system that sends the info directly to our driver’s tablets. They can see new additions to their route in real time.

little complicated for small business

What do you like best about Trip Master?

I think that it is a very good software. They have nice modules ,the module response, and the billing report is awesome

What do you dislike about Trip Master?

I think it is a little complicated to understand for people with out any knowledge in following computer steps, in order to find cargo to transport. , like small transportation owners

many companies have the automated locations service, very cheap

What problems is Trip Master solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you want to run a transportation business, mostly long distance service, this is a real tool to control information about customers, billing, location. the reports are very efficient.
