Very User-Friendly and Easy to Learn

It's very user friendly! You can teach yourself how to use it.

I don't like that we have to constantly have a text sent to us to log in. Sometimes it makes me late to clock in.

I don't like the messages section. I think there is room for improvement in terms of displaying them and marking them read.

User-Friendly Interface with Excellent Support but Limited Access Control

What do you like best about TriNet?

I use TriNet to see my time accruals and manage my employees' timesheets and requests. I also use it to manage my benefits and browse through my perks. I enjoy the user-friendliness of the platform; everything is categorized and easy to find. I also enjoy that it includes an org directory. I think the perks platform works really well in that everything is organized and accessible through TriNet and easy to navigate. The chat feature is helpful, as it's usually able to help me locate certain functions or problem-solve through any issues.

What do you dislike about TriNet?

I think something that was somewhat challenging was the access to employees between the site and associate director. If one of us was out, we didn't always have full access to approve the requests of everyone.

What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use TriNet to manage time accruals, employee timesheets, benefits, and perks. The user-friendly platform and chat support simplify locating functions and problem-solving. Everything is categorized and easy to navigate, making management straightforward.

It opens us up to options that wouldn't normally be available to company of our size

The platforms are all split up into different apps. I also don't like that it's hard to view my retirement details on mobile.
