What do you like best about TriNet?It’s easy to navigate (good UI/UX), and everything is centralized in one place. Doesn't require me to go to multiple different portals or websites for various tasks.What do you dislike about TriNet?I dislike the Time and Attendance portal. The UI/UX feels really outdated, and it takes forever to load. Every time I click a button, it takes several seconds to process, which makes even simple tasks frustrating. It clearly needs a design refresh, and it also needs to be much faster overall.What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?It makes personal HR, admin, tax, insurance, and similar tasks easy enough to handle and get done.

What do you like best about TriNet?I've had a positive experience with TriNet. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to access payroll, benefits, and HR resources in one place. I especially appreciate how streamlined and efficient the processes are, which saves time and reduces administrative work. The support and resources provided have been helpful, and overall TriNet has made managing employee-related tasks much more convenient.What do you dislike about TriNet?The main drawback is that some features can be difficult to navigate, and finding specific information is not always intuitive. A few workflows take more clicks than I expect, which can make simple tasks feel unnecessarily drawn out. What do you like best about TriNet?I like how easy it is to navigate TriNet. I appreciate the ease of access it provides and how it reduces paper use. I also enjoy how straightforward the pay stubs are and how easy it is to view benefits. What do you like best about TriNet?I appreciate how TriNet makes it easy to access all of our HR resources and administrative tasks. It's very user-friendly, and I rarely need to contact someone for help. The ability to seamlessly track things like PTO and benefits in one place is a big plus. I enjoy having access to all my personal work information and being able to monitor things like how much leave I have left or will accumulate over the year. Their platform simplifies the process of submitting paperwork for various benefits, including FMLA and short-term disability. The single sign-on method is great for keeping track of everything from 401(k) to tax deductions. Overall, TriNet provides a seamless experience for managing everything HR-related.What do you dislike about TriNet?I have had some trouble trying to unenroll from the pet insurance benefit because it's not offered during the open enrollment. It's been a bit of a problem having to contact MetLife to get help with it. I think all benefits should be available during our open enrollment period to turn on or off, or to upgrade, or unenroll from.What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?I find TriNet solves the need for multiple HR platforms. With everything from payroll to benefits management in one place, I navigate seamlessly without multiple logins, making administration efficient.

What do you like best about TriNet?I enjoy how easy to use the platform is, and I always get helpful service when using chatbox.What do you dislike about TriNet?Nothing too specific to note, if anything I just dislike figuring out benefits as those can be difficult to understand.What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?TriNet is easy to manage employee PTO requests, as well as my own needs like PTO, paychecks, Tax info, etc.
