It helps improve data accuracy and consistency, thus enabling better decision-making. I also appreciate how it directly helps in reducing noise in monitoring and alerting, improving root cause analysis, and ensuring accurate service metrics which lead to better incident handling and stability outcomes. The setup was moderately complex, but with experienced resources aligned by the vendor, things rolled out very easily.

High cost, especially as data scales and overall platform complexity make adoption challenging. Some advanced features are not very intuitive requiring additional training or expert support.

The UI is somewhat outdated, but they are working on a web UI for future releases.

The user interface to write rules make it very simple. We can use near natural language to write expressions and the rules execute very quickly through millions of records.

The user interface could be ugraded to look like modern system. Still caries an old UI design.
