Manage your workspace with Tribeloo Reservation System

What do you like best about Tribeloo?

Easy to deploy and use workspace management system. The purchase process was easy and the support is great. The product integrates with your regular Office tools, allows for custom plans and tons of other features.

What do you dislike about Tribeloo?

The multiple-days reservation is laggy and can take time to confirm your reservation which makes you think it didn't work which might create tons of additional reservations if you were to try again. Tribeloo is working on it but that's not a point that is fixed at the moment.

What problems is Tribeloo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing our hotel desks/workspace by allowing employees to reserve, conference rooms, desks or even phone booth.

At first we were missing german language translation, but this could be fixed very fast together with the amazing support team.

The interface does not look very modern, but it is not a functional mistake

What do you like best about Tribeloo?

Very user-friendly. Single sign-on makes users willing to try it. The graphics and options in the app are straightforward and self-explanatory. The pricing is very competitive. And the customer support is outstanding.

What do you dislike about Tribeloo?

There is nothing that I dislike. I guess that if I need to make a recommendation is that a weekly calendar to see who made reservations for the week might be helpful.

We have less desks than employees Easy to use desk booking for a digital workplace

What do you like best about Tribeloo?

Super easy to set up in just a couple of hours. Also enabled SSO for super easy access for our users. You also get precious information about utilization rates.

Nothing, it does what we want. Booking desks in our office for our users

Easy to use and setup

What do you like best about Tribeloo?

I like a lot the easy setup, in two hours I have completed all the setup of my company. Also, my colleges find the tool very easy tu use.

What do you dislike about Tribeloo?

Maybe the Outlook app, it needs a little improvement.

It's solve all the issues related to desk and meeting rooms booking.

What do you like best about Tribeloo?

Really easy to use for booking a desk, parking space and meeting room. Easy for both users and admin.

What do you dislike about Tribeloo?

Everything works fine and I don't have any dislikes.

They solved a problem with the transparency of the availability of meeting rooms for users and users do now know when a meeting room is free to book on other timeslots

Easy system to use

Agile and easy-to-use interface. It helped a lot in the day-to-day of the office.

We are using a feel days, in the moment we do not have any problem.

We had a problem with the seats available,now we have the possibility to reserve the seat in advance.

In begin, some problems as a stopped, Smallmoments of instability at the beginning of use.

Is solvedour problemof scheduling work areas, we were able to organize the office team and the spaces available for use, without being crowded.
