Functionality is great. For a platform that I knew nothing about, it was easy to pick up on where to navigate for what I was looking for easily.

It's a little bit overwhelming at first - the design seems a bit much but it's still good.

Definitely worth testing to see if it's the right fit for your company. I can't imagine why it wouldn't be useful, especially to smaller businesses.

Specifically, I like that the program can predict key influencers. This is key for many of our clients in trying to navigate their business needs and helps us accomplish our objectives.

For an upcoming shop that needs to be on the ball, this is a great tool. The tools help spot what is up and coming and I love seeing the risk factor and how likely it is that people like the product or trend.

Sometimes it’s just simply not accurate. No matter what you’re taking a risk. You need to be absolutely certain that the new trend is what your business needs.

Again, accuracy. If you are using it as your only spotter for trends, you’re going to be disappointed.

Free widget is very cool. Fun to play with and get a visual of trending info in any space. Freemium Alerts are free for one only or paid for multiple. I really am impressed by where TrendSpottr takes up after Google Alerts leaves off. Google alerts ONLY provide new search engine results. Without any measurement into social validity. TrendSpottr lets you know what is trending in your space when you need it most.

Really would have liked more free functionality. For an agency or consultant where the cost can be spread over multiple clients, its a no brainer. If you are on a tight budget, this might have to wait.

Prediction of emerging trends is great, but I would miss the newsy side of things without pairing this tool with Google Alerts.
