Solid and Robust Maintenance Tracking/Inventory Platform

What do you like best about TRAX Maintenance?

Modules for just about everything including fleet maintenance tracking, Work Order Processing, Inventory control and financial record tracking. Trax is used heavily and scales well to support our fleet as it grew from 50 aircraft to over 100 aircraft. Separation of duties and controls across modules makes it nice as well for audit reporting.

What do you dislike about TRAX Maintenance?

Any customizations made to the software don't pass along easily from one version to the next as you upgrade. Reliance on Java/Tomcat has made security patching and so on very difficult. Extensive training at all levels for users to fully understand and know how to use the many modules.

What problems is TRAX Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory tracking was the biggest issue we had. Increasing expenses year over year due to parts that could not be found and over purchasing of in-stock parts and trackable items. This caused audit failures, budget shortfalls and so on over many years.

Maintenance control software for the Air Operator departments that define the work and the Aircraft Maintenance departments that complete the work. With everything in between for logistics, fleet planning and parts management.
