The support is probably the best I have experienced in 25 years of travel.

I find the pricing a little high. As budgets are strained, I find that prices going direct are better - but... saying that, you pay for what you get. And the service is impressive, so the 'fee' is expected.

What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Being able to so easily book hotels and flights and cabs all in a single trip. I travel often and everything starts with creating a trip and basically adding components to the trips - right from trains from my city to airport, hotels and flights. Has a mobile app as well that helps me stay up to date with flight changes. Web and Mobile both work very smooth. Perk support has always been available when required - one call away whenever there are issues with airlines or hotels.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

Flight search experience could be better. Sometimes, we search for some flights and the airline changes the flight in the background and is not reflected automatically in the background. This could be further polished

What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I have been using Perk for business trips over the last five years and have only had good experiences with it. I like that it offers prices that are fair and aligned with the market. The interface is very easy to use, making it simple to choose between flights and hotels, which helps ensure a smooth work trip. I also love the support provided whenever it's needed, and setting up the platform was very easy as we just needed to log in with our business email.

I wish Perk could make better suggestions on the times of flights, for instance.

Easy Flight Booking and Responsive Support

What do you like best about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

I like how easy is to book flights and then manage my booking, just by selecting my destination and dates I get several options to choose from, when I needed support changing a reservation or similar I always received promtly help or a response to my enquiry, the integration with the mobile app is reliable, I received real time updates of the status of my flight, this helped me a lot, saving me a lot of time since I don't have to open my laptop to check this.

What do you dislike about Perk (formerly TravelPerk)?

This is not a regular thing, but it happened a couple of times when I required support changing a flight date, the app was waiting for my confirmation of the new price, but this was sent in an email on saturday,, after a while I contacted them, that's when I found about the email.

What problems is Perk (formerly TravelPerk) solving and how is that benefiting you?

A problem is saving for me is the time I spend looking for flights, and options is severely reduced, I think using the app has a good return of investment due to the addedd productivity by reducing searching times.
