Easy to figure it out

It is user-friendly, it feels natural to figure it out and it does not only control the time you are working on the project but you can run several reports on it.

Traqq's biggest limitation is the lack of a mobile app. This makes it less convenient to track time when you're outside the office.

It's amazing

The fact that this app is free for freelancers such as myself is quite surprising as it helps so much with my work. The app tracks billable hours so i can bill clients for the correct amount of hours worked. The app also has features like screenshots and/or screen recordings to provide proof to my clients that the hours billed are 100% billable. Great piece of software!!

If google created the ultimate productivity app

Pros:
- Good value for money! With the subscription program, all teams’ communications are streamlined, activities are being monitored, and reports are made available
- The customization option is very useful!
- Payroll is without any fuss. Payment process if made more efficient.

Cons:
- With so many features, I would like the app to give a suggestion on the most effective way to utilize this app! As a first time user, I am worried that there are some features that I will only get to know after trial and error

User Friendly with responsive customer Support

Traqq has helped streamline our agency as we hire workers from abroad it's hard to get a reading on output and efficiency, as we don't have a physical office.

Ease of use and unique features make Traqq the best time-tracking software we've ever used

It was very easy to implement Traqq across the team as the UI/UX is so user friendly. The offline time-tracking and automatic timesheets are invaluable features to us. The customer support at Traqq is also amazing!

The deployment and onboarding process with Traqq have been smooth and easy. Having a personal account manager provides excellent support for all of us.

The automated screenshots sometimes capture irrelevant information. A more focused tracking would be beneficial.
