I like how simple it is to create a yard tour And keep track of all reporting done on the yard.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the program

Play around with it and it's easy to use

I am able to keep track of my employees while I am not at the site while they are doing tours.

Extremely easy to track hours and build schedules. Great for keeping track of over-time hours worked.

Limited amount of reports and or report customization available. Tried pulling a report for the email addresses that we had on file, however we had issues with finding that specific report. Had to go as far as reaching out to customer support.

Provide more flexibility and options for running reports.

Issues with out Over-time are more accessible and easier to identify the root cause.

It just a simple way to keep track of payroll but because it's simple it actually is nice. There really aren't too many programs out there that make payroll a real hassle, so it's not like it's a hard feat, but Valiant also isn't anything super special.

I don't dislike anything specifically. Nothing really stands out as an annoyance or hinderance to the log-in, time card keeping and, hour tracking, ect. But like previously mentioned, it also doesn't stand out as "the best payroll system" either.

It's a fine system to work with, nothing super special and nothing specific to complain about.

No true problems are being solved because if we needed to, we could keep track of hours and pay by pen and paper like back in "the old days." However, its a great benefit to have everything in one system and online (which makes it accessible to all parties needing access at any moment).

The layout is beautiful, user friendly, and really functional!

Navigation could use some work, also being able to customize it more.

Really helping us with eliminating paperwork.

How slow & outdated the system is and not easy to load
