TitanFile is a simple and secure way to share documents. From a legal tech perspective, you have all the controls you need to comfortably share documents in a way that is both convenient and secure. The cost for the program makes it a viable add on option if you want a different method to share documentation.

I haven't used it personally enough to find any issues with the product. It is a standard document sharing platform that does everything right.

We share documents to organizations where our OneDrive share method does not work. TitanFile offers a flexible number of ways to share documents to these organizations.

What I like best about TitanFile is its secure file-sharing workflow combined with a very simple user experience. The feature I use most is secure document sharing and client collaboration. Easy-to-use interface that keeps all of my clients in one place. I feel confident that files are being shared securely. It’s also simple to organize files into folders, with clear indicators showing which “channels” have activity and which files are new.

I love the ability to integrate an 'upload link' into my email signature, as well as the great pricing and reliable support, although I rarely have any issues with the platform.

I wish TitanFile let us choose who receives email notifications for each message. As it is now, other channel members often get bombarded with emails that aren’t relevant to them.

I have a CPA practice, and TitanFile has been easy for my clients to adopt and use for uploading sensitive tax documents. The large transfer capacity TitanFile provides makes it easy for my business clients to upload extremely large financial data files. I have had very few technical issues with the service, and it is more cost-effective than other service options I reviewed. I like the ease of use for my clients, the fact that there's never an issue with upload size, the easy setup, and the fast download speed for me.

I love this platform for the secure environment it provides while sending critical files. It ensures the security and accountability of the file. The audit trails capability of this platform is commendable. Other than this I love this platform for its capacity to send large files which are technically impossible to send in common emails. Many files can also be sent at once to many individual which boost the usability of this platform. The collaboration can also be done in this platform very efficiently both for clients and teams. One of the best feature I love about this platform is its ability for client to access the secure file with less hassle. Frankly the performance of this platform is reliable and the onboarding of this platform was easy too. I also love the report stats available in this platform which allows us to see the movement of file and management of users. The presentation and layout of this platform is soothing and comfortable for users. The pricing of this platform is moderate considering the capabilities of this platform. The ability of this platform to integrate with DocuSign enhances the usability of this platform and enhances the security of loan documents signing process online. The compliance of this platform is reliable. The support system of this platform is also good which I felt is worth mentioning.

I love most part of this platform but I wish that there were more features like document editing and managing tools. I wish that there was more integration options available. Other than this I also wish that this platform had an AI assistant that could assist in searching files and some automation tools that fits the purpose would be great. I also wish that there were more integration tools to boost the robustness of this platform. I also wish the the android mobile version was equally good as its web platform.

Frankly sharing large files and highly sensitive files have never been easy before. This platform can easily send large files with ease while also having the capability to send multiple files to multiple person. In a Financial services the security of the agreements are paramount and this platform fits the purpose, Integration with DocuSign enhances attractiveness of this platform.
