I like that you can download an app and clock in and out via your phone instead of waiting for your computer to start up and log in online.

What I dislike is on the app it doesnt show the time that you logged in or logged out. So you have to go to the web version if you forgot what time you clocked out.

The problem is if im walking to my desk right when im scheduled to work i am able to log in, instead of ending up clocking in late because of waiting for my computer.

Before timestation, our employee s kept track of their work hours themselves and the hours recorded weren’t accurate. Now, they punch in on the iPad and we can see who is punching in, everyone also has their own code. Our payroll has become much more accurate and we have cut down on overtime pay buddy punches.

I don’t have much negativities on this app. I’d love it to integrate with our software but even if it doesn’t, the reports are easy to read and enter into our system.

Buddy punches, people claiming to be on time when they were not, accurate hours reporting. Accurate break reports.

The interface is very straightforward. No training required to learn this web-based tool. If the company has multiple teams, it is possible to filter your team members.

Currently, I do have anything which I dislike.

It is an automated hour tracking tool. This tool eliminates paper-based tracking system, which saves a huge amount of time and increases accuracy when calculating employee hours.

It’s super easy to use and allows me to keep track of my hours and minutes worked which is super convenient for the type of work I do

I don’t like how it constantly logs me out and if I don’t double check I clocked in or out, my times will be off. Like one time I didn’t clock out properly and it had me clocked in for 24 hours

It’s a great app down to the detail. Makes tracking super easy.

My only complaint about TimeStation is that I can't clock multiple people in or out at the same time as a single function, however, this would not be applicable to many businesses.

It is one of the most affordable options on the market and it is so easy to set up and use. Depending on what you need it for, there are lots of options and capabilities!

We previously has someone spend FOUR days each month manually typing in times for our before and after school program. This has been reduced to about 2 hours a month of running daily reports on student time. We allow our students to clock in using the TimeStation app on two ipads and their parents clock them out. I love that each student has their own PIN, it is a HUGE safety feature that many parents LOVE.

It is the easiest tool I've ever used to track time on and off task. The fact that it can be run on an iPad and set up for ease of use by multiple end-users.

There are times when it has a disconnect problem with our sequel server causing backlogs in sign in and sign out timestamps.

It has the most robust set up I've used. It has the ability to set up multiple users in multiple departments using multiple functions, allowing you to track each type of work and non-work activity.

Tracking on-task productivity versus off-task. This allows us to be better staffed during peak business times and shows areas where we need to improve associates ability to operate at their full potential.

More accurate clock in and outs. No longer wasting paper by using paper timesheets.

TimeStation is very easy to use; you can add or import existing employees and you are able to classify employees by department, group, class, project or location. This allows easy tracking of employees by their allocated classification and/or employee ID.

The portal is easy to use; however, it is not very modern looking. The app and the portal aren't always synced in real-time, so it takes some time to get the reports.

We have 5 employees and 1 contractor whose hours need to be tracked and we need monthly timesheets to report for wage subsidies. The TimeStation allows for easy tracking of employees timesheets and it allows us to classify employees per department which is very convenient.

I like how simple and easy to use it is. You can just log in, punch in, and punch out. Depending on the settings, you can easily adjust your time punches as well. If you're looking for a simple time punch clock, this one is great.

It doesn't have a lot of features. It's just a punch clock. But if that's what you're looking for, it's great. It's also a bit plain looking. Not a big deal, but if I were to think of things that could be improved, it would be the look of it. I also don't like that the site will time out after a certain point and log you out. I wish it would keep me logged in.

It's an easy way to track my work hours. I don't have to do much, just punch in and punch out.
