It will show you how many hours you have. It will show you when you punches in and out so knowing when you are supposed to be back from lunch is easy. The device is self explanatory and easy to use.

How touchy the keypad is. It doesn't always record punches correctly.

I love how easy it is to navigate. When I forget to clock in/out, it is easy to go back and correct my punches. I am also able to request time off and it is easy to utilize.

I have no complaints as of now. I really like it.

None- it's really easy to use

TimeStar allows me to be in charge of my punches/time off requests and make corrections when necessary. I love it! Out of all of the companies that I have worked, and all of the time car systems that I have been introduced to- this one is by far, the best!

This is a program to which the company I work for uses to show our PTO and company time off calendar. This is also where we sign in and out from work. What I really like about it is that it shows me everything I need to know about my PTO. It shows me my accrual summary, along with what I have taken and what is pending. I also really like how on the home page you can punch in without having to login. I also really like how it shows who is all off on any specific day so I can take that into account as well. On top of all of that, I really like how it shows me my punches everyday and how it's just one click to approve my time. It's also nice if I punch in wrong, it'll let me send a quick punch request to correct it.

The only real downfall that I dislike about it it all of the sub links you need to go to to get what you need. I'm still new to this program, so I don't know where everything is in each category. Other than that, it's a great program. I just wish it was a little easier to navigate on the links.

The only thing I could think about recommending is to possibly have the navigation tabs on the side a little easier to use. I don't like how there are multiple drop downs.

I have noticed that every communication through Insperity is instantaneous so if I need to take a few hours off the next day, I can just put in a time off request and my supervisor can approve it within minutes. It also helps the others look at who is off on that day.

The ability for both managers and employees to see time punches in real time has saved hours of work for our payroll team.

The request approval process can be cumbersome when the first line approver is out. I wish the software allowed anyone up the line to approve requests.

Our payroll team used to spend 4-8 hours per week entering paid leave requests. We have easily gained a whole day a week just by having employees check their own balances and enter their own paid leave requests.

Easy clock in and out, and if there is a mistake, I can let my manager know from the app.

I am having to use too many clicks to get to where I'm going. The user interface needs some work.

Timestar is the best solution for time saving within a company i therefore urge all users who need a management software to use it.

Time management which has in the results come with time saving which we were looking to minimize in or company.

I have not engaged with a lot of time and schedule tracking software apart from a few and I tell you that TimeStar has been able to serve its purpose more than the rest. It does what it is supposed to do best that helping me get to know whether the people am supervising have carried out their respective tasks but also in the specified period of time and that is what Timestar is meant for. It is a good time tracker I should say.

There are not so many flaws with this time tracking software but then just like it was for me to understand where to go to get certain options, it might be a little bit more difficult for some other new user. There are certain links that one has to use to get whatever they are searching for but this is a little more confusing especially if you are still new to the software. But it wouldn’t be that a bad software for organisations.

For any organisation or supervisors that are facing hard time trying to evaluate how their employees use their time and knowing whether they actually attend to work, i cannot recommend anyother software other than TimeStar. Try it and you will never regret.

Whatelse would a timetracking software do best other than helping one follow the trend of time and work of their employees. TimeStar hs helped me do that owing to the kind of supervision role i am in at the organisation i work in.

Easy deployment, easy use, virtually no issues with employee logins or credential management. Secure and protected by two-factor authentication.

Occasional system outages (two times in three months) which cause issues for payroll. Reporting could be slightly easier to manipulate, although this could be a function of the configuration we are using.

Time management is the key to success in every project. So that is solved by this software.

It's very easy to navigate this time tool, both for requested time off and hours logging (if required by an employer). This Insperity platform also includes links to things like a 401k/IRA portfolio if an employee participates in it as well as FSA/HSA accounts and other message board and document uploading platforms (such a proof of COVID vaccination).

I know it's for security purposes, but two-factor authentication and/or security questions are required for every single time you use the platform or login, which can be time consuming if you just need to punch a time card or ask for PTO, etc.

It's a very complete platform!

It is easy to track employee time as well as to get all needed documents like a W2, or paycheck stub through this platform. Everything is in one place and easily accessible, including through the mobile app on your phone, both iOS and Android.
