Reducing time taken to process payroll.

I like how easy Timeco is to use. It allows you to break down your time by code, which is great for business' where pay comes from different departments, like a non-profit that's funded by grants.

The vacation time is a little messed up, but this is something our company is still trying to resolve. We earn vacation time as the year progresses, but we can use it proactively and timeco doesn't reflect this.

It is worth it.

We are solving the problem of time keeping. Prior to Timeco, we used pen and paper and it was difficult for our accounting team to keep track of how much time each person did under certain grants.

Pricing is very competitive but the reliability and functionality is a little lacking when it comes to importing times into a different software for payroll processing. PTO and other times sometimes dont come across correctly.

The upload of data from Timeco isnt always the smoothest and this causes uneccessary confusion and annoyance when processing payroll. PTO is one of the major problems we soo.

My employees need a place to track their work hours, TIMECO solves that issue but it would be much better if they provided machines for swiping in or out and made tracking where employees clock in and out at better. IE - i want to see if a clock in was from a phone or not and where exactly they clocked in at on a map. That would be perfect.

TimeCo is user-friendly and allows employees to input their own hours or those of their staff both manually or automatically with the clock-in system. It allows staff to request time off, apply their PTO, check their benefits, and generally be more in control of their hours and wage.

Our company has our accounts linked to our POI and this link occasionally makes it confusing in terms of which site we are supposed to check hours and benefits and make requests from. However, when used alone, I do not think anyone would have a problem with this specific software.

Great software for allowing employees more ease in checking hours as well as streamlining the payroll process!

TimeCo makes it faster for our employees to submit, review, and edit hours which streamlines the process for whoever is processing payroll.

I haven't had a positive experience with the software.

Lack of communication, the inability to properly track PTO with a paid current client. The holiday manual process is a common complaint from our clients.

They have not been able to offer acceptable solutions to our concerns.
