For starters Aaron C is great to work with; he always makes himself available to answer any questions. The platform itself is very intuitive, even for somoene new to the world of awareness training. SANS has excelent resources and the templates are very easy to modify and deploy. I also appreciate the various reporting tools thar are available.

Integration, It can be difficult to take advanatge of all the resources SANS has to offer unless you are willing to fully integrate with Litmos.

Phishing awareness training and overall security awareness trining. Using the "real world" phishing templates has educated our associates on what types of attacks are being used by bad actors.

Easy and fast access to training, being on the cloud, short and on-point materials. The upsides are raising awareness levels regarding security with users and educating many people simultaneously.

I would recommend improving stats resetting where multiple-year subscriptions with the same carousels need stats reset from the vendor side. It would be nice if the one who purchased it could reset it. More focus on phishing modules would also be better.

Multiple studies show the human factor is one of the main reasons for intentional or unintentional data breaches, which is also visible in reality. SANS Awareness training helps strengthen this first line of defense.

The variety of training options offered in different styles allows us to create courses easily that work best for our environment. The top notch support is what we would love to see from all of our vendors but that doesn't always happen. SANS has spoiled us.

I honestly can't think of anything negative. When I was new to the product and while expanding our use, I didn't have any of the issues I worried would arise.

CyberSecurity Awareness is essential in today's society and when you have a large employee workforce, not everyone is aware of different things to look out for. SANS Security Awareness Training allows us to share helpful training that prepares users of all levels for what is happening and what to be aware of. We like to share training that is specific to our business world, as well as things users can benefit from in their lives outside of work.

It was easy to start a training campaign. It was easy to track completion of training for the users. Really liked the alerts.

I do not have words of improvment that is needed.

As different scams come up, it helps to continually educate our work force of the potential threats and how to react if they suspect a problem.

The entire process is easy to use. The modules that they make available combine great information in easy to understand language.

I don't like that users can update certain fields that I use for tracking. There may be a way to prevent this but I haven't found it.

We are contractually obligated to many of our clients to provide security training. I also believe it's important to keep our company safe.

The SANS Security Awareness Training offers a comprehensive and practical approach to cybersecurity education. Although it covers many specific topics, there is still room to design and offer training targeting specific regulations (ie. CMMC, NSPM-33 research training, etc.).

We provide training for Information Security awareness and compliance.

SANS is a very user-friendly platform that has a lot of relevant security content. Engagement materials are very relevant and helpful to end-users.

I do not have any complaints about SANS software at this time.

There is a wide variety of topics covered in each content library, and a lot of different training modes. This is a great way to put together annual security awareness. Different training deliveries for different user preferences is great - some are short videos, some are interactive modules, lots of variety. The Snack Attack and Scavenger Hunt are also fun events to run during Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

A lot of content and modules in each library, needs some time up front to decide which modules to make available to your employees.

The need to have all employees understand basic security awareness concepts. Threats are always evolving, and training is always needed to make sure everyone knows how to recognize the latest techniques. SANS Security Awareness Training meets this need by providing modules suitable for different audiences. It is often a requirement to meet certain certification levels to have a security awareness program, and SANS helps meets that requirement.

The ability to pick just the relevant content by user department/team, presented in short segments (not a monolith) the users can take in between meetings etc makes it highly effective to get people to get through the process. The content can be quirky/campy if you prefer so it makes end users want to engage to see what is happening next.

Cant think of much here. When there are issues the team is quick to respond and often it is the underlying LMS and not SANS.

SANS is providing relevant training content that not only meets requirements but is making a lasting impression that people are using in both their personal and professional lives to be safer on the internet

The instructors are hands-down the best in the industry. The content is very specialized and easily digestible considering all the content that you get in 4-6 days of intense training. The certifications are difficult to get, but very recognized and cover a variety of security disciplines

Hardly anything. The cost is high, but you do get a good ROI. I wish this content was more available to non-profit and education type employees.

Keeping current on best practices, proper ways in implement and maintain security in an industry.
