Best web application codeless automation solution
What do you like best about TestCraft by Perforce?
The simplification of creating a spec and suite, scheduling its automated execution and most importantly, almost zero false negatives comparing to webdriver based in-house solutions we had before.
What do you dislike about TestCraft by Perforce?
Also, the product member, Nimrod, who works with us is very responsive and helpful. Together with the support team, we get all the answers we need.
Recommendations to others considering TestCraft by Perforce?
Still some missing features like auto re-running a failed spec/step, documentation needs improvements.
What problems is TestCraft by Perforce solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintenance of automations and general platform availability tests running 24/7

A revolutionary selenium test automation software for web applications.
What do you like best about TestCraft by Perforce?
TestCraft By Perforce is a software that we have found as a perfect tool and it has excelled in automation testing for web applications. With it, we can make a test swiftly and without coding, fully automated tests are done. Now we can perform user interface tests and surprisingly without the dependency of any developer. And another advantage that tests can be made without even much training. We used it for testing web-based software and the cloud model is perfect for this and with its features it made it possible to customize weights ofo the elements.
What do you dislike about TestCraft by Perforce?
I can say that it is a revolutionizing software in its category but I think it lacks few features which should be made its part like user management as well as test case management. We found a lack of these two features in it as its demerit
What problems is TestCraft by Perforce solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in view all the benefits and ease Testcraft has provided us we believe it has excelled all other software of this category. Using this product we can create tests swiftly and even without coding. Without any dependency on the developer, it made it possible for us to perform a user interface test. the unavailability of user and test case management is somewhat disappointing for us otherwise I must say it is a so helpful and quick selenium test automation software.

A better way to automate UI testing
What do you like best about TestCraft by Perforce?
I don't have to use developers to make automated UI tests. The tests don't break whenever the UI has a small change. The tests can be made quickly once you have all the basics setup. The testers don't need much training to create tests. The cloud model is good for testing the web-based software. Good automation and scheduling. We looked and could not find any other options to match them in this category.
What do you dislike about TestCraft by Perforce?
If you have a big application like ours, you need to plan well and put in some significant work to create the building blocks for re-usable tests. Like a lot of things, you get out what you put in. I also wish there was a more reliable performance testing mechanism. Because TestCraft is on the Internet as is our application, the speeds reported are more often related to variable Internet latency than our code efficiency. Would be neat if this could be fixed, maybe by putting an agent in our infrastructure to execute the tests.
Recommendations to others considering TestCraft by Perforce?
Make a plan on how to implement it. Consult with the TestCraft team on best practices.
What problems is TestCraft by Perforce solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have process testing that we used to have people run at the end of each two week sprint. It was a huge labor burden but not one that we could skip. It also meant that if something got broken when we merged code and it was outside of the expected scope of the merge, we didn't know until right up to the end of the sprint. Now we run the process test every day or so. We find out about problems earlier so they cause less disruption. It also frees up our testers to do things that require more human insight and let the automation do the repetitive checking tests. Better quality at a faster pace with tons of defects being identified before the product is released instead of by customers.
