Telerik Test studio is good in Web & Windows Automation as well as in performance testing.The technical support is very good , got the answers very soon.

Telerik Test Studio is a great program - need to support WPF applications better
What do you like best about Telerik Test Studio?
I am able to create automation of our manual test cases and then run them. I am able to run those test cases that I have created daily. So if there is a new build the next day, I can run the scripts and get it tested faster.
What do you dislike about Telerik Test Studio?
I am able to do about an hours time of automation testing that would take 5 - 6 hours to do it manually.
Recommendations to others considering Telerik Test Studio?
I find the product is written very well and easy to use. I also like the fact that they do update the product and make changes, or make new features.
What problems is Telerik Test Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?
The program does use a lot of memory, but I had a 5 year old computer that was outdated.

It can be a bit difficult to customize for WPF applications, but it is doable

Telerik Test Studio best for Automation Scripting
What do you like best about Telerik Test Studio?
Telerik Test studio helps for scripting the automation test script very easily user can find elements easily and they are also generated automatically which then because easier to do job. Also all the in built functions helps.
What do you dislike about Telerik Test Studio?
The Responsive UI functionality is not that easy to script as there is no scroll bar to scroll through the scripts it becomes difficult also the device are not update as per the lastest device
What problems is Telerik Test Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can run the script overnight and analyse the script in the day which make it easier to review the fail count and the pass count and also to send the reports across when needed
