What do you like best about Tekmetric?The way the UI is set up makes it easy to learn how to use Tekmetric.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?Sometimes it provides information about a car, but other times it doesn’t.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?I like that it doesn’t use paper, since paper can get ruined very easily.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?I really like Tekmetic’s usability. Out of all the auto shop software I use, this one has the most user-friendly features and the best tracking data for metrics. The integration is also very high-end and works amazingly well. The ai integration to fox text is very helpful. They also listen to the community to add features that are requested giving great user support with issues that come up.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?There isn’t much to dislike overall; my only real complaint is that I’d like the ability to customize the settings in more depth.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?Tekmetric helps streamline our workflow by keeping repair orders, estimates, inspections, and customer communication organized in one place. It makes it easier to manage a high volume of vehicles, improve efficiency, reduce missed details, and keep customers informed. Overall, it helps us save time, stay organized, and provide a better customer experience.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?The reporting side of things is next level and so appreciated to cover KPI's that matter to ensure overall business health! Having so many integrations to help make our teams job easier/smoother and the overall guest experience excellent has been a huge blessing. There is a bit of a learning curve as there is with any change but it was well worth it! Since making the move, our guest's comments about the way we do things is so great and better than what they have seen from other shops. It has also given us a revenue boost. We broke our revenue and profitability records two months in a row! Thank you for all the hard work and support you have shown our small shop!What do you dislike about Tekmetric?There aren't many things I would change, but the we do hope that the summary tracks more in the future. With our past shop management software, virtually every click was tracked. This was important for tracking who has been in the RO and who has made any changes in the RO, all the way down to time and date stamping notes, price changes, and tech hour updates. There have also been several times that after making changes to individual jobs that the overall price has not updated and the guest was charged the wrong amount causing voided transactions. The only work around we have found is before giving the guest a final price, we refresh the page to be sure it is accurate.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?KPI tracking has had the biggest positive impact and time saver. The preset menus within the inspections has had the most positive impact for our technicians leading to clearer and more profitable inspections.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?I gain a lot of efficiency in shop management with Tekmetric. I like the efficient workflow management, estimate building, and reporting features. Estimates are easy to build with the integrated labor guides and PartsTech parts sourcing integrations. The setup went smoothly, and the customer support was good.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?I wish they had a little better system of tracking return parts.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?I find Tekmetric boosts efficiency in shop management with efficient workflow management, simplifies estimate building using integrated labor guides and Partstech, and enhances reporting.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?Tekmetric has made life so much easier for my small business. I use it for estimates and invoices, and it takes the hassle out of ordering parts. It’s clean, professional, easy to use, and very user friendly. The price isn’t too bad either. I like that it integrates with PartsTech and dealers, so I don’t have to call parts stores to order parts. Setup was so easy, and it brings a lot of professionalism to my business.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?As a small business thats just starting, the price of the software is kind of pricey.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Tekmetric to take the hassle out of ordering parts, writing estimates, and giving out invoices.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?The best part of Tekmetric is the ease of use and the digital authorizations.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?The part of Tekmetric that does not work the best is the labor guide.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?Tekmetric has helped us bring up our ARO. Our customers like that the DVI and inspection can be sent by text.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?The system is very easy to use. I love how detail and all the information it will gather. Customer Support is really great. I love working with their team. Also, Love that you can go to chat and get answers also and it is in a very timely matter. They are working daily on adding more options everyday. Love this software more and more each day.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?The least is the accounting side reporting but I work around that. It show who went into the RO# and when but doesn't always show what they did. The accounting side in a whole could also just be update. But I believe as of day they are working on soloving this problem.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?We went to Tekmetric to help solve the problem of know where our cost and overhead was going and keeping better track of job. It benifet the fact the accounting dept and service can work much closer together and see where thing are going wrong and can get them fixed. It helps us do tech commissions better. That it is a cloud base software also. The owner and account manager can now stay up to date when not in the office.

What do you like best about Tekmetric?I think Tekmetric is a fantastic product. I really like how it integrates so many other available resources. Specifically, I find the integrations with Parts Tech and RingCentral very useful. With Parts Tech, I can look up a part by all my vendors simultaneously and it even integrates dealerships now. RingCentral is handy because it brings up the customer's information on my screen when the phone rings. Plus, the initial setup of Tekmetric went smoothly for us.What do you dislike about Tekmetric?I would like to be able to put a discount on parts. There's no way to show that in the inventory system.What problems is Tekmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?Tekmetric keeps our inventory straight and manages customer information seamlessly. It integrates Parts Tech for vendor part lookups and RingCentral for displaying customer info when calls come in, enhancing our workflow.
