What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

Tekla Structures is one of the user-friendly software for modeling structures. It has the accuracy of detailing complex cross-sections. One of the powerful BIM software.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

Tekla Structures is very sensitive to the internet connection, and also, in working in a multi-user model, sometimes it has performance issues. Some model drawings began to crush.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tekla Structures helps me with accurate detailing for construction works.

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

What I like about Tekla Structures is I am able to create a 3D model for any structures, it helps me visualize the projects and see possible error or clashes may occur on site.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

What I dislike about Tekla Structures is the annual upgrade of software but overall, I find it helpful. It helps me improved my knowledge and skills in Tekla by exploring and adapting to updated version of Tekla Structures.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tekla Structures is very helpful as a BIM because the command and tools are user-friendly. Through Tekla, I am able to create a 3D model of structures, get the rebar cutting lists, the bar bending schedule and more.

Tekla Structures the best for Steel Detailing

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

From 3D Model you can easily export BOM list, assembly list, Drawing list, and General arrangement list. It gives you the opportunity to follow up from scratch to building

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

One Click section viewer should be added to the next versions. And extracting 3D CAD DWG features should be more developed. Rendering should be more realistic views for steel structures. It may give you in the future easy presentation to clients or stakeholders.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Follow-up is very easy with tekla drawings. you can colour manufactured or erected parts and you can filter them. with this filter, you can see the manufacturing process or erection at the site visually. Moreover, this feature gives you a list that you can compare with overall BOM.

Tekla structure review

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

Tekla structure is mostly used for Fabrication drawings preparation. It's Drawing generation system which i like most important part in this software. Also modelling part easy to model simple to difficult structure.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

Drawing outputs.. while generating drawings from model the outputs is not recommended to use in single shot, we have more time spent in this part to setup output file.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tekla structure easy to use and we can do steel work as well as concrete structure work in this software. Rebar drawing also benefiting our business. Fabrication works more profitable business with this product.

Best tool for steel structures

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

It is very friendly and easy to learn any kind of learners. One of the best tools for steel structures.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

I didn't find any difficulties with tekla yet. I will update if i find any.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy the develop 3d model. Easy to generate and detail GA drawings and shop drawings. Easy to provide reports.

Detailing about building information and cross sectional details through Tekla software is very best in solutions for Engineering,various fields of consulting germs.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

Through this software we can't provide cloud based modeling and detailing.It would be better by adding cloud based structure analysis and it's needed outputs for ferms

Especially for MEP analysis the Tekla software can be a big role in industry and we can used it for easy ways to make informations about structure and it's detailing.

My experience was good and it's quite easy

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

I used Autocad a Few years back in my college. But Tekla Structure is way easy and organized to use. The view of sections of the drawings is easy to understand in Tekla Structures as compared to Autocad. I think in today's time All design firms that are still working in Autocad should shift to Tekla for better growth and knowledge.

What do you dislike about Tekla Structures?

The online e-learning course is way too slow for me. There should be more educational Courses for a better learning experience. And please add Settings to view the video in 1.5 or 2X. So Learners may be able to see the video and learn in their own speed.

What problems is Tekla Structures solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping me to understand the smallest details of structures. And my concepts are getting more clearer.

User friendly tool with accurate 3D designing and drafting software.

What do you like best about Tekla Structures?

It's easy to use and convenient in presenting for meetings about the structure you and your team are planning to build. In terms of 3D designing and detailing, it is better than the Revit structure.

This software is excellent, but sometimes it gets mixed inches and cubic meters on the same layout .
