It operates like any website or software program out there. Other DMS/CRM systems in the past seemed to have specific auto funtions/operations that had a long learning curve. However, Tekion operates in a way where any person in jump in and can use reasoning to find what they need.

I was around when we changed from Reynolds & Reynolds to CDK, and now from CDK to Tekion. This switchover was way faster.

So far, the support. If a ticket end up needing to be opened, it then takes a while. Call in process is also not effecient. Tekion is not a certified provider for every manufacturer. For example, BMW will not integrate OEM leads into Tekion because they are not on their list.

Providing and connecting both our DMS and CRM together, allowing all departments to better speak to each other.

As an early adopter of Tekion DMS, we were able apply our unique fingerprints to the development for real world users. Tekion customer support has been prompt, and rarely takes longer than a chat session to solve an issue.

We are waiting for the ability to generate a credit and debit on the same sale or repair order. This is one of the items we asked for early, but has taken some time to develop.

Integration across the entire platform with our CRM and DMS creates a much better user experience. They also integrate with some of the ancillary products that our previous DMS would not touch.

Great web based DMS with lots of change happening every day. Improvements weekly and monthly to keep improving the way we work and help our customers. They are also responsive.

Not much that is disliked. About the only thing i would say I dislike right now, is I wish sometimes support would read their tickets better when they are submitted before trying to work a support ticket.

I love the ability to streamline our processes from sales to service to accounting. It has allowed us to remove inefficiencies. We have improved profitability and cut costs by implementing this state-of-the-art DMS software.

I wish I could talk about something we dislike but nothing - the system is efficient, cutting edge and always looking to improve.

Tekion has allowed us to improve all aspects of our business. It has allowed us to make the sales process more efficient and remove barriers and obstacles in selling and delivering vehicles. On the fixed ops site - it has allowed us to dispatch vehicles more effectively. In accounting, our posting and month-end close is much smoother due to the presets you can configure.

Tekion continues to build partnerships with the dealer body. They petition users for feedback in all facets of the platform. The feedback is then utilized to develop a tool that provides efficiency for the end user.

We are looking forward to a more robust mobile app for the CRM. Thankfully, it is in beta and will be available soon. It will further enhance the experience for our Variable Operations.

One tool, one login, cloud based access - overall user efficiency.

It's the easiest to learn how to use. New features can be requested and added. Cloud updates resolve issues while you're away. Customizable reports can be made by you or at your request by Tekion's team.

Some processes that you have used in the past will now take a few more clicks. Monthly updates can hit you with small surprises, such as reports changed or items missing. However, As long as you read the update notes, this can be moderated.

interdepartmental communication is much more fluid with tekion.

Once you learn how to navigate the site, you can do EVERYTHING!

I love that the software incorporates a feedback feature that allows me to share what I like and dislike. The option also provides for a screenshot to be shared. This feature helps the team at Tekion customize the software to fit the individual needs of the dealership

So far, I have found more to like than dislike, but this is still very new software for the dealership where I work, and there is still a little tweaking to be done.
