There is not a lot to dislike about TeamWork from ScheduleSource because they are quick to address any issues that arise. One thing that would make their software stronger would be the addition of forecast algorithms and advanced AI to support planning.

I use schedule source all the time for work. It's a good way to see your schedule, your clockings and communications through bidding and swapping schedules.

Sometimes the schedules are glitchy and bidding errors occurs, but once communicated to management, it gets fixed.

I keep tabs on my schedule as well as communicate with Co workers as well.

It's so convenient and easy to use. It takes time to adjust to the different components of the website, but the layout is very simple. It is straightforward about what goes where, and is very easy when it comes to submitting availability. The messaging portal is also very useful to contact your supervisors or co-workers. Leave management is also 2 steps away.

The pages throttle a lot when there are multiple clicks in less time. It gets annoying because you lose shifts while having to sign out and sign in. It also could use a notification option everytime we receive a message, or there's an event.

The best place to manage work schedules, shifts and availabilities. If your workplace has a convenient schedule, this is how you manage it. I would definitely recommend Teamwork by Schedulesource to everyone who has a shift based work system.

Scheduling work has never been easier.

My work schedule as a public relations assistant is mainly maintained through teamwork by schedulesource. My tasks here include picking up, dropping shifts, submitting availability, and maintaining my weekly schedule for work. Availability submission is probably the best feature on this, since we get to submit all the specific times we are available to work, with the ability to set priorities to the days of the week.

The best part about schedule source is that it gives you all the details about your past, present and future shifts for the organization you work at. It also helps you see where and when your shifts have been assigned along with its duration. It records shifts through its clocking in system.

The only thing to dislike about this app is that the software lags at times during times of high traffic.

Shift allocation, shift duration, shift location and shift pay

The simple layout of the website is very helpful. The ease with which you can pick up, swap, drop shifts is very good. The submitting availability option gives us the flexibility in working, and letting the employers know our schedule.

The website throttles most of the time if you refresh too much, or press the same button more than thrice, which is annoying since you miss out on picking shifts, when that happens. There also is captcha verification sometimes, which leads to missing out on shifts.

Best service to use if your employment has flexible work schedules.

Picking, dropping shifts, and posting shifts on swapboard. I also submit availability so that they can allot shifts based on my schedule. I also contact my supervisors and employers through the messages page, which is really helpful.

TeamWork by ScheduleSource is a fantastic service. We use it at our company to schedule the 50 employees we have working hourly and my favorite part is that it makes it very easy to pick up and swap shifts with different employees. Whereas other scheduling services might require employees to go through their scheduling manager when trying to get a shift covered or traded, ScheduleSource makes it so easy for anybody to quickly swap a shift when coverage is needed. I also love how we can templatize our schedule for the next week or month, but also override the template on a day-to-day basis if need be. Our clock-in system is also connected to ScheduleSource so we can also see the exact times employees were clocked on for through the ScheduleSource website.

I don't love the interface of this website. While there is the option to go to the mobile version which is nice, it's still not designed very well and it's not very intuitive, how to look at shifts, etc. Since I've been using this product for a couple years now, I am well-versed in the different options you can choose, but I remember when I was first exposed to this website, it was not easy to grasp.

Definitely get this product! It's made our lives much easier in terms of scheduling. Strongly recommend!

TeamWork by ScheduleSource allows for ease of scheduling and ease of setting availibility, swapping shifts, trading shifts, splitting shifts, merging shifts, and picking up shifts. I love how easy it is to tailor your week to your own schedule.

The possibility of attaching video files and images in the posts.

The organization of projects is good and always having the tasks listed helps a lot to not forget all the work that needs to be done, in addition, the interaction with the various work teams through the platform is very agile.

About Teamwork by Schedule-source the best thing that has happened is the allocations of the swift and Swapping of the swifts.

This app minimizes the effort and hassle to provide a seamlessly easy interface to schedule and pick up shifts. This app also alerts users about any shifts that are available, who has picked them up, who has dropped them.

Once a shift is picked up the page does not refresh automatically.

Best software to know and schedule your shifts accordingly.

The page freezes if refreshed and a shift is lost.
