Teampay has been great for my job!

What do you like best about Teampay?

I like that I can easily upload receipts. The Teampay mobile app and computer interface is easy to understand and use.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

Teampay cards should have a tap feature!

What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teampay is useful because I now have a credit card for work. It's easy to upload money onto it if requested and I am able to upload receipts while working.

SAP that are also used in my company are much more bureaucratic than Teampay Agile and pleasant

- It's so remarkably easy to use.

Intuitive and user-friendly

What do you like best about Teampay?

Been using Teampay for over 2 years, and loving it! Their interface is clean, and approval workflows are smooth. Integrations with Slack and Netsuite are seamless, a real game-changer. Love the customer support team as well. They’re extremely responsive and great at offering quick, feasible solutions.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

We’ve had a few instances where vendors declined virtual cards. Too many notifications on Slack.

What problems is Teampay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve had challenges issuing corporate credit cards to employees, but with Teampay’s virtual cards, it’s been a huge win for the team. That also means employees won’t need to use their personal cards for work-related spending, thereby avoiding the hassle of submitting expenses and awaiting reimbursement.

What do you like best about Teampay?

The most helpful features for me are the real time balance information, ability to request funds, and reminders about uploading receipts.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

For reoccurring fees, I would like it if I didn’t get prompted to renew… it’s an online subscription to a tool I use with my youth. I do not have recipets

It allows me to have a monthly budget to use for my kids and see real time accounts of the balance as I make purchases.

Teampay keeps my campaigns sorted by credit card and it makes it so so so so easy to use! Events Director Who Loves Teampay

What do you like best about Teampay?

I love how quickly I can get credit cards for my event. I love how easy it is to upload my receipts and reconcile the card. I love the integration with MSFT Teams and the alerts I get when I use my card. I am a really happy customer.

What do you dislike about Teampay?

I don't like getting alerts for all of my teammates. Sometimes I wake up to a bunch of notifications that my colleagues have used their card, that is unnecessary.

I was using 1 marketing card for everything and it was a mess.

With teampay I have instant access to funds and the documentation is extremely easy TeamPay is easy to use

A few technical bugs like getting logged off and having to resign in occasionally
