Taptica boosts bookings and revenues for our travel merchants

What do you like best about Taptica?

Taptica provides new user acquisitions and bookings for our online travel agency merchants based in UAE. They run custom mobile acquisition campaigns focused on target markets.

What do you dislike about Taptica?

The least helpful thing about Taptica is they onboard only very quality merchants, and there is less possibility for new merchants in the market; they accept them also, but sometimes it takes time.

What problems is Taptica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Taptica solved audience demographics and interests in target markets for our travel merchants. Taptica tracked engagements events like registrations, complete bookings and total revenue. This helps our merchants to get highest possible user engagement and double the cost revenue rate.

Reporting could have been better. May have been agency though.

What do you like best about Taptica?

Actually taptica was a perfect solution for us. I was working at Hepsiburada and we had already 20M users in Turkey. So we have needed to find new channel to increase our number of installs. It was a good alternative for us instead of Facebook and Google ads. There was not Automated App Ads on Facebook in this period. So target CPA was really important for us. Amazing network to learn about mobile environment and grow your mobile application

What do you dislike about Taptica?

Statistics reports are not very detailed. Low frequency of feeds. CPA was really higher than Google and Facebook (target event : first open)

What problems is Taptica solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was very advantageous to realize taptica when we needed to find a new network to increase our number of app install. We had too many users and now Facebook and Google were not enough.

Great User Experience with Taptica, but have heard shocking things about the company

What do you like best about Taptica?

Taptica has collaborated with more than 50K (a whopping number) publishing & supply partners on a global platform and we were able to greatly increase our targetted engagement and the revenue.

What do you dislike about Taptica?

I know some individuals who work (or had worked) within the Taptica organization who claim to have been mistreated (unverified information of course) and their payments/salaries are held. That only dents their reputation a bit, but as a user, I didn't have many complaints to be brutally honest.

Recommendations to others considering Taptica?

Not only you get a personal account manager, but also Taptica automatically manages the highest performing advertisement and real-time analytics tool. Talk to them before you decide to go ahead.

What problems is Taptica solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through Taptica, we tapped into various new territories and their platform automatically took care of our needs. Whenever it's a matter of social advertising, I feel all the businesses can look into this to increase the performance of their revenue.

Taptica Ad Network is a big SCAM

Fraud Company, I was a publisher in Taptica. I am tired of asking for my payment for 4 months now but they give new excuses every time. Sometimes they don't even read your emails and don't reply at all.

They have not paid my earnings(around $400) and wasted a lot of my time discussing payment issue. They have the [censored]iest payment process. They send you an invoice every month to fill (I don't understand why can't they fill basic details like publisher name, address and amount themselves?) and they recently asked me to signup for Payoneer to get my payment. And when you actually do all this bull[censored] and send them an email with information and attachments, they don't even read/reply/acknowledge that email. For the first few months, they might pay you for earning your trust(they paid me for first few months) but when you start growing big they will start making some sort of excuses to delay your payment.

They will delay your payment so that you keep earning THEM profit for as long as possible. I would strongly suggest everyone stay away from these scammers. Taptica is a scam as I have myself experienced it. I don't know how they got listed on LSE but I can 100% guarantee there is some sort of SCAM going on in this company.

Let me also talk about my Account Manager(AM), her name is Yarden Zaid. Once you ask for a payout, they will suddenly change your payment terms. She told me I will be paid on NET45 basis from now on(earlier NET30). Is this the way to inform me? at the moment when I ask for a payout? No prior Emails, nothing? This shows their professionalism at work. She makes new excuses every time I ask her for payments. I don't really want to blame her much by writing all these instances as she must be doing this under someone's command(higher authority) in the company but I must say if they scammed me, this company WILL scam you too one day if you choose to work with them.

This was my experience with them and I have really wasted a lot of my time and efforts with them. Choose them at your own risk.
