The implementation process was very easy and streamlined. The implementation team was very helpful and cooperative.

The only issue I had with the entire implementation process was figuring out which labels to use in the tower. The install handout has conflicting information on it regarding the labels.

The ability to screen my facility visitors for the covid vaccination requirements we have set at our facility.

I like the vendor management aspect of Access and appreciate being able to find vendors of products that interest me. There are a couple of different search functions that can be used like product category, company name, and even vendor name if you happen to know it.

The search function when looking for a rep by company name should have more filters. Sometimes it is difficulty to find the representative covering my geography.

Symplr is widely used so if the vendor has product at my facility, they have checked into my database and I can easily get in contact with them, even without a business card.

Vendors generally can access it without assistance.

The only negative I have is that not all vendors check in like they are supposed to.

Allows vendors to check in on their own so that I can assist other people coming in.

Easy to maneuver through the screens, simple dashboards.

Not able to add but one policy/credential to access levels at a time

what i dislike the most is the process for vendors to sign up if they have not created an account prior to the surgery date. getting a vendor to comply is always a challange

the problems I can solve are vendor compliance with all of our established protocols. and visibility when they are expire or about to expire so i can remind them.

The ease of using the system. I find that the symplr system is straight forward and easy to use.

I sometimes do not know a vendor is coming ahead of time.

We have had many benefits of using symplr. It makes the process much faster.

I can clock in and check my schedule and add to my schedule remotely.

Sometimes it logs me out without me purposely logging out

Symplr is quick on reviewing credentials.

There are quite a few tabs to go through to access my information. Some other credentialing companies have a better homepage that you can quickly look at for all necessary information.

It is like a lot of other credentialing services, but I have not had any problems with it.

Symplr is pretty straightforward on vendor credentialing. It was a pretty streamlined process without many glitches.
