Survey2Connect allows customizable surveys. There are many features to use in S2C but I like XEBO, personal CX assistant, the most.
Honestly I have no issue so far since deployment the tool has been working extremely well.

Nothing that I can think of, most the feautures are useful. Maybe I can write a review after a year to give a more detailed review since we stared it a few quaters back.
