I like how it allows easy access to to patients inquiries within a few.

This software is difficult to simply cancel testing or modify orders. It is also unable to document a removal of one sample from a rack.

This is the best software I have used so far and would like to recommend to all laboratories setup to implement.

The only problems I solved with Sunquest LIS was locating patient information and test results to provide to doctors. Or requesting tests for specific patients.

Its really easy to locate patients information through Sunquest since all the icons on the screen are together to allow an easy section of different programs

I like how much we can personalize our LIMS system for use in our lab. It's very easy to track samples according to when they were logged in, client information, what batches they are added to and where they are at in our process.

I wish some of the acodes and test assigning was a little easier to access and assign to individual samples.

There really isnt anything we do in our lab that doesnt involve LIMS. From batching, moving, and tracking samples to doing all of our data review and a lot of our reporting to clients.

Lacks tutorials hence it is hard for newly users thus could lead to delay in time.

Sunquest is a very organized way to do my job with no major complications and ease of use.

I sometimes have to revert to my old Smarterm system since Sunquest does not offer all the features our old hospital system had.

Some quest is very intuitive for lab work and resulting. There are multiple ways to do the same thing which makes learning easier for some people. The transition from another EMR was difficult for some of the staff but I believe it went smoother than some other transitions I've been through

There are some futures I thought were excessive and you had to click multiple times to get to where you want to go.

Our interface connects very well with Sunquest and reduces the amount of manual entry we have to perform this reducing errors and saving Tech time.
