"Good CRM Organization and Tracker Tool"

What do you like best about Sugester CRM?

I really like how Sugester CRM keeps track of all of my data from all over the place (email, phone call, message...) for me. I can keep track of all of my clients (and add their info) on the Client tab and from there created needed tasks. I can also see a snapshot of all tasks and their progress so I don't lose anything. Sugester also sends me reminders about tasks. Sugester also helps build profiles around my clients so that I can better serve them and help them out. There is so much more that Sugester does, and my company has only just started using its tools and I can already see how impactful it will be.

What do you dislike about Sugester CRM?

I have recently started using Sugester CRM, so I don't really have any major dislikes yet.

Recommendations to others considering Sugester CRM:

Test out the free trial first and see which products are needed. The plans can get a bit pricey the more products added. Monthly plan for medium size business is $29+$3 for each additional product used.

What problems is Sugester CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugester CRM is being utilized in order to keep track of customers, and be able to start building profiles around them so that we can more efficiently communicate to each individual based on their needs.

"Simple and intuitive CRM"

What do you like best about Sugester CRM?

Sugester makes task delegating much easier - every task is addressed to a specific person and tracking is also very simple - tasks can be given different priorities, statuses and also deadlines. Sugester also allows linking multiple e-mail boxes so you can gather all emails in one place. I've also used live chat for communication with our customers which is a great convenience. Sugester offers 30 days for testing so you have plenty of time to check if Sugester suits you and which subscription plan is good for you.

What do you dislike about Sugester CRM?

I couldn't integrate my calendar from any other external tool. Also, there is a very limited amount of ready integrations with third-party tools - you can deal with that by API.

What problems is Sugester CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you have a problem with the distribution of tasks Sugester is going to be a great solution for that.

"Niedrogi CRM"

What do you like best about Sugester CRM?

Sugester dobrze sprawdza się przy kilkuosobowej grupie konsultatów, którzy musza obsługiwać kilka kanałów takich jak e-mail, telefon czy livechat. Jego atutem jest niewygórowana cena oraz zaawansowane możliwości w kwestii szablonów odpowiedzi. Dzięki temu konsultanci są w stanie efektywniej zarządzać czasem i odpowiadać na więcej zleceń.

What do you dislike about Sugester CRM?

Niestety system obsługi oraz samo narzędzie pod kątem user experience jest nieco "toporne" i "przestarzałe". Nie do końca odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby, które zgłaszają użytkownicy/konsultanci w 2022 roku.

What problems is Sugester CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sugester rozwiązał główny problem jakim było korzystanie przez kilka osób z jednej, ogólnej skrzynki mailowej. Powodowało to szum komunikacyjny, niektóre maile od klientów były pomijane a poziom kontaktu nie był utrzymywany. Dodatkowo dał możliwość szybkiej i łatwej implementacji podstawowego livechata na stronę sklepu.
