What is StudyONsende and who is it for?

StudyONsende is studio management software for yoga, pilates and fitness studios and independent instructors. It brings the class schedule, bookings, attendance, package sales, finances and a multilingual branded website into one system.

Is StudyONsende a subscription (SaaS) with monthly fees?

No. StudyONsende is sold with a one-time setup fee rather than a monthly subscription. Hosting, basic support and maintenance are included for the first 12 months; annual fees start from month 13.

Can I try StudyONsende before buying?

Yes. You can explore the admin, member and instructor screens in dedicated demo panels. To request a demo call, choose a day, time and format (online or phone) in the form; our team will contact you to confirm.

How does setup work and how long does it take?

We clarify your needs, then handle design and setup, testing, a short walkthrough and launch. If your logo, text and images are ready, the web service is typically ready in about five business days. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.

Can I migrate my existing member and package data?

Yes. Migrating member and package data is part of setup and is performed after testing. You can also import members and remaining credits from a CSV with a preview; you confirm applicable KVKK and İYS requirements, and explicit consent where health notes are included.

How do I create my class schedule?

You can create classes in weekly and monthly views, set recurring classes, move classes on the calendar and check instructor or room conflicts. Each class can be marked as in-studio, online or hybrid.

How do members book and cancel classes?

Members book or cancel through your website. Confirmation and cancellation emails are sent automatically; participants are also emailed when a class is cancelled.

Is there a waitlist when a class is full?

Yes. Members can join the waitlist and see their place in line. When a spot opens, the next eligible member can be moved into the booking automatically and notified by email. Admins can also transfer a member manually.

How are late cancellations, no-shows and attendance handled?

You can set late-cancellation and no-show rules for each branch and manage credit refunds accordingly. Attendance can be recorded as present or absent, with bulk confirmation available.

What can I see in the occupancy and attendance report?

The report includes occupancy, cancellations, late cancellations, no-shows and attendance rates. You can filter by period, branch, class type and instructor, and export the report as Excel or CSV.

Do members get a reminder before their membership ends?

Yes. Members can receive an email when a studio-defined number of days remain or when they have one class credit left. This is a reminder; memberships do not renew automatically. Remaining credits can also be followed in the Expiring tab.

How do I calculate instructor pay?

You can define pay rules such as per class, per attendee, mixed, tiered, fixed monthly or revenue share. Period calculations use attendance records, and a PDF statement can be emailed to the instructor.

What is in the financial reports, and do they replace invoices?

The finance overview includes KPIs, period and branch filters, a 12-month chart, expense categories and branch tables. Cash sessions, expenses and multiple currencies are also supported, and an Excel pack can be downloaded for your accountant. PDF receipts and statements do not replace invoices.

Can independent instructors use StudyONsende?

Yes. Independent instructors can manage their website, instructor page, schedule, bookings and package sales from one panel. Their site can use their own domain, logo and colours.

Can I customise my website design?

Yes. The site is adapted to your brand with your domain, logo and colours and is mobile-friendly. You can choose from ready themes or set your colours, and adjust page layout, fonts, buttons and corners.

Can I edit my website pages myself?

Yes. The page editor lets you reorder, hide or add sections, preview desktop and mobile layouts, and publish changes with Save. Blog posts, announcements, classes, instructors and packages also have editors with preview.

Can my website be multilingual?

Yes. Visitors can switch languages, and you can manage each language’s text separately in the page editor.

What does StudyONsende offer for SEO and GEO?

The site includes settings for page titles and descriptions and lets you choose whether a page should be listed on Google. You can also add an FAQ section. The infrastructure is designed to work with search engines and AI assistants, but rankings are not guaranteed.

What are the link page, share buttons and Add to calendar feature?

You can use a custom link page as the link in your social profile, arrange its content and view cookie-free statistics for the last 30 days. Pages have sharing options, and class pages can offer Add to calendar links for Google, Apple and Outlook calendars.

What does StudyONsende offer for member data and KVKK?

Members can download their own data under KVKK, and sign-up and import steps include consent texts and confirmations. Legal compliance remains a shared responsibility with your business, so consult your adviser where needed.
