I am integrating ServiceNow with StrongDM in a Sandbox environment at the moment. I have had to utilize StrongDM documentation and guides to do this implementation and it is very easy to follow. I cannot think of something I dislike! Honestly maybe the support ticket response could be a little prettier but that is also challenging with different web clients.
