It saves me time and makes checkout quick, and I like that it’s reliable and easy to manage. It was also super easy to set up.What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?The fees can feel a little higher for small businesses. What do you like best about Stripe Payments?I like that Stripe Payments are flexible and reliable for SaaS businesses. It handles subscriptions, one-time payments, invoices, refunds, and different billing scenarios all in one place! I appreciate the recurring subscriptions, invoicing, payment links, and customer billing portal features as they cover most of our day-to-day SaaS billing needs without requiring a lot of manual work. The initial setup was also easy for our team.What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?Some subscription changes and billing settings can feel more complicated than they need to be, especially with prorations and custom plans. Reporting could also be a bit more straightforward. I'd suggest that it would be more helpful if subscription upgrades, downgrades, and prorations were easier to preview before confirming changes.What problems is Stripe Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?Stripe Payments solves payment collection and management for our SaaS business, handling subscriptions, one-time payments, and invoices without needing separate infrastructure. It's flexible and reliable, reducing manual work and covering most billing needs.

What do you like best about Stripe Payments?What I like most about Stripe Payments is how easy it makes accepting payments without having to build a complicated payment infrastructure from scratch. The integration is relatively straightforward, the documentation is clear, and the APIs give me a lot of flexibility as a SaaS founder.What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?The main thing I dislike about Stripe Payments is that the pricing and fee structure can become difficult to understand once you start dealing with different countries, payment methods, currencies, taxes, and more complex billing setups. For a small SaaS, every percentage of transaction fees matters, especially when margins are still relatively low.What problems is Stripe Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?Stripe Payments solves one of the biggest problems for a SaaS business: accepting and managing online payments without having to build and maintain the entire payment infrastructure myself. Instead of dealing directly with payment processors, card handling, recurring billing, invoices, refunds, failed payments, and security requirements, I can rely on Stripe to handle most of that complexity.

(It's far easier to collect a payment using a card number on file and a recurring annual payment.

What do you like best about Stripe Payments?Automated integration with Xero accountancy software means receiving payments for my invoices are completely frictionless.What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?Payout speed can be slow compared to other services. In particular, the first payment for security reasons takes a week to process, and it is recommended to make a £1 purchase yourself through your Stripe payment platform to ensure no delays when receiving your first proper income.What problems is Stripe Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?My clients can pay me directly from my invoices in my accounting software, and Stripe pays it directly into my bank account once the payment has cleared.

What do you like best about Stripe Payments?Easily the best option, ease of setting up products and pricing. The API is second to none, their new hosted checkout just makes it even easier. Multi currency is also straight forward and pricing is clear.What do you dislike about Stripe Payments?Pricing will start to add up if you add their other addon features like reports and currencies. Would like it to be more cost effective when using these features. Wish there were better Dashboard reports for active subscriptions and the ability to search them without adding another feature that is paid.What problems is Stripe Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?Adding payment processing in a secure, quick, easy way to any backend or frontend with their hosted pages.
