Easy to use, feels much more like a tool for our industry (creative) than many other spreadsheet type platforms. Oh and we don't have to do timesheets - if we use it right.

I like that it is cloud-based and allows me to access my information on my desktop and mobile devices.

It is still buggy and sometimes requires a complete restart of Chrome to fix the issue.

It is easy to learn, simple to use, but keep in mind that it is a newer platform, and they are still developing a lot of tools and features; it is going to be a truly excellent tool in the future!

A more streamlined approach to having a small team manage design and photo projects. We find that we stay on track better due to the timelines and milestones we can create for each project.

They've tried to reinvent time management and project planning, so if you're keen to find a disruptor then this might be for you. Supports manually set up 2FA for users. It's possible to create multiple departments or business units for the purpose of reporting, tracking, or scheduling.

Every aspect of the app takes a lot of work. If you want to pull a report, you need to drill down to filters in ambiguously named sections like "To do", "Jobs", "Schedule", and "Priorities". Generally no one can remember which section contains which information, so our users click around the software every time, leading to lack of productivity and low engagement with the platform.

The planning features are so cumbersome that our studio has gone from our team scheduling in Google Sheets or Harvest as someone's part time role, to needing a full time resource manager just to understand and maintain Streamtime.
