Switching to Streamline elevated our Legal team from a platform that felt like it was created in someone’s mom’s basement in the 90’s, to a slick, modern tool we actually look forward to interfacing with.

Ease of use is paramount. From implementation, to training, to daily use, Streamline is intuitive and easy to use. Adoption by my business team was easy and seamless. I use Streamline every day to check on the status of items keep my projects organized. The support is excellent and responsive.

I really don't see downsides. Future integration with a full CLM (when we can afford one) will be important.

The input of data into my forms from an email saves time.

I like that messages can be sent directly via email as well as through the app, and appreciate that Slack messages can be forwarded into the platform. I like that I can manage all the settings myself, from within Legal Operations, without having to rely on IT or vendor support. I also feel fully supported, with a customer success manager who responds to every request as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Implementation could not have been easier, and integrations with our GMail, Slack, and Salesforce instances were smooth.

We intentionally chose a product we could implement and manage easily. Streamline is a platform that lacks some of the bells and whistles that more established, robust platforms offer. For us, this is most apparent when it comes to reporting. But the platform fully meets our needs, and we expect it will continue to get better and more robust with time.

We leverage Streamline to provide visibility into the work our Legal team is doing, and which internal business units they are doing the work for.

Streamline has been a key workflow tool to manage our contract intake and processing. It has been very easy to use, adoption by our team was almost immediate and I am especially happy about having metrics available to show management the results of our process. Implementation was easy and the customer support has been outstanding. With our growth and the increase in volume of agreements, Streamline has been a critical tool allowing us to scale with the increase.

I don't see any downsides in using Streamline. There are integrations with other tools we would like to see as we scale.

Key tool to manage our contract process and workflow.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Streamline AI! The functionality in daily use by my team is far beyond our initial expectation! It was extremely fast to get the intake/workflow tool up and running and we worked and tested with our legal team almost immediately during the change management process. Built workflows and intake forms with our extremely talented CSM at weekly meetings. Use cases expanded as we experienced the power and flexibility of AI and workflow functions. Flexible options for intake: online form, email forwarding, alias email forwarding, and Teams. Internal customers have visibility to their requests. So easy to create, edit, and revise intake forms and workflows as needs change. Product continually being enhanced. We built for legal intake, but other functions are requesting to use Streamline intake to track their repeatable tasks/requests and it was easy to add another core team, keep them separate from legal, and let them manage it themselves. Our internal legal customers tell us it's easy to use and faster to get the correct subject matter expert on their task. AI triages the emails we forward into Streamline to pick the correct intake form and assign a task to the correct person -- facts and contacts automatically pulled from the email, so no need to retype information into an intake form. Streamline exceeded our expectations! Customer support is exceptional and the product team values our input. We use this tool daily, integrated with DocuSign already, and plan to integrate with our new CLM.

Streamline AI is our legal "front door" for all types of requests that come into a global corporate legal department (contracts, HR, IP, real estate, litigation, legal operations, vendors. etc.) We are now able to track the sources,types, time, urgency, and assignee of all legal requests by business unit and internal customer. Besides workload management, we built in internal checklists to standardize processes and provide visibility to task status and allow collaboration on tasks. We built in the ability to capture approvals in workflows, both ad-hoc and automated. The workflow automatically assigns the task to the correct legal professional based on preset conditions. If that person is out of office, others can take the work to keep from a bottleneck occurring. Workload can be reallocated as needed. We set up forwards for alias emails that often get lost in separate inboxes (Legal@, Contracts@, Compliance@) so they go right into StreamlineAI to get assigned. Flexible intake allows us to forward emails into Streamline in situations where we don't want to force the users to submit a form. Lawyers don't spend extra time triaging legal support requests anymore. The Outlook/email bottleneck is gone. Quick implementation. Intake tool captures valuable data.

We have been using Streamline's software for our legal intake, and the experience has been exceptional. The platform is intuitive, efficient, and has significantly improved our workflow. The reports generated are detailed and incredibly helpful.

Her expertise, responsiveness, and dedication have made our implementation a success. She is readily available to ensure we are getting the most out of the software.

Ease of use, Ease of Implementation, Customer Support

Requestors can assign a request but I understand this issue is being looked at and should be resolved.

Transparency across several departments (Legal, RevOps, ChannelOps, Sales) and soon to add Finance and HR. Our sales folks can now see all their requests in 1 place and see the status of the request so they don't have to send countless emails to get the status or ask a question. The collaboration hub is very useful as an audit trail and once source of truth for communications cutting down on communication triangulation. Our CLO is now able to have a clear view of all requests coming into legal.

Streamline AI offers an extremely flexible, customizable intake, assignment and notification workflows automations that almost immediately began helping us track and organize our Legal and Compliance team's incoming work requests.

Moreover, the searchability of tickets allows us to utilize Streamline as a repository of past legal guidance given to the company, and is allowing us to pull out common themes from which we hope to derive self-service resources (which we can link out to directly from Streamline and ultimately reduce the number of incoming requests as we drive self-service).

Streamline AI is user friendly, easy to implement and easy to change/update. It's tracking and reporting features are top notch and its customer service is amazing.

I would like the ability to download the forms/information in the format in which it comes in.
