The POS system looks great and is super easy to use, even for people who aren’t tech-savvy. It saves time, keeps things organized, and helps me focus more on growing the business instead of fighting with spreadsheets.

While Square for Retail is a great tool overall, some of the extra features come with extra costs, and those can add up quicker than you'd expect. It would be nice if more features were included in the base price—especially for small businesses trying to stay on budget. Also, customer support can be a bit slow at times, which isn’t ideal when you need help fast. That said, it's still a solid system with a lot to love—it just needs a bit more love for small shops.

Square's virtual terminal is phenomenal! It is completely customizable and offers the ability for detailed transaction descriptions and allows for rapid processing!

I have not found a challenge regarding Square's capabilities.

The ease of processing customized service plans with custom invoices for our clients is resolved with Square.

The payment process is straightforward and secure, and the system offers a range of useful features. I have also found their customer support to be excellent.

I can't find anything negative to say about Square. Everything has worked well for me so far.
