It is solving the compliance and monitoriing requirements for us pretty well.

We completed our SOC 2 Type 1 audit in a very short timeframe, and Sprinto made that possible. The platform is intuitive, comprehensive, and well-structured — it's clear it was built by people who understand how compliance actually works in practice, not just in theory.

But what really stood out was the support. Shruti guided us through the entire process with a level of dedication I rarely see in onboarding or post-sales. She was always available, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get to the finish line.

Some integrations didn't work out of the box — specifically the Microsoft 365 and Dr. Sprinto integrations required manual workarounds to get the evidence recognized correctly. Not a dealbreaker, but it added some friction in an otherwise smooth process.

As an early-stage B2B SaaS company, getting SOC 2 certified felt like a heavy lift — complex, time-consuming, and hard to navigate without a dedicated compliance team. Sprinto solved exactly that. Overall, our experience with Sprinto has been positive. The only area for improvement would be to make some of the workflows and configuration steps easier to navigate for new users.

Sprinto gathers all of the data directly from the effected systems and makes it very straightforward to monitor compliance and update documentation. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The pricing is a reasonable value for money and the integration with Google SSO helps us to maintain security. Our account manager Shivang is responsive.

Turnaround time on support requests could be improved.

We are using Sprinto to support our compliance for ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and GDPR. The audit time and effort involved is significantly reduced thanks to Sprinto.

It saves a lot of manual work and self-research. It provides all the information I need, keeps everything stored in one place, and is super helpful when it comes to passing audits.

Uploading additional documents can be tricky.

Sprinto is helping us solve compliance and audit-management complexity, particularly around ISO 27001 processes. Before using it, documentation, evidence collection, control tracking, and audit preparation were spread across multiple systems and required significant manual effort.

So it mostly helped us in reducing manual follow-ups and streamlining documentation and if we talk from a compliance perspective, it helped in keeping continuous audit readiness.

The platform feels a bit rigid beyond standard workflows , although it works well for standard SOC 2 / ISO workflows, but becomes less flexible when we want , custom workflows and are looking for unique approval chains.

I like that everything is in one place for our ISO needs. It helps keep the controls for our systems organized and easy to manage, which makes it simpler to stay on top of everything. Our account manager, Shivang, has also been a big help with this.

It can be a bit difficult to navigate at first, especially before you get used to how it works.

The only notable downside is the pricing — it can feel a bit on the higher end, especially for smaller teams. That said, the value becomes more apparent as you scale, but the upfront cost is worth keeping in mind when budgeting.
