Spreadfast provides great reporting features

PROS: Spreadfast helps us to keep track of every information and to adjust changes into social media landscapes. We are ahead of our competition thanks to the reports we get. We are able to provide actionable insights so we can take our client’s campaigns to higher level.

CONS: What I don’t like is its slow pace, I have used other software that are much faster and we can easily load streams. This tool is to slow to use in Twitter chats, and it can be buggy for Facebook scheduling. There is a limitation in Likedln reporting. It would be great if they could make an integration with Pinterest and Instagram.

We have experienced many benefits from Spredfast

PROS: Spreadfast has great UX and it can be breakdown into accessible tools like social inbox, calendar, analytics and content library. I mostly use the Calendar feature because it offers a visual of weekly content schedules. The analytics features provide us with results so we can constantly work on our improvements. I love its customer service, they are quick to respond and they always help us to solve our problems.

CONS: There is a learning curve with each update. The good thing is you can easily learn each tool. The team behind this software offers multiple training video but they need to answer some specific user questions.

We have great experience with Spreadfast

PROS: Spreadfast is great and robust product, it has great customer service and knowledgeable service team. The team helped us to schedule contents and to keep track of the conversations across the web. This software provide us with valuable information such as what is the best time to schedule post, what time of content performs best, which channel is the best for specific content. We are able to set-up approval teams, to customize workflows and permissions. We are able to build an enterprise in order to share social media assets. With its analytics and reporting tools we are able to see how our campaigns are performing. I love the integration with Google Analytics, it allows me to see how the social communities are performing.

CONS: If you are not familiar with social media then be ready for a training course.

What do you like best?

I like that is allows me to see all of the incoming messages from all of the customers. It allows me to prioritize workload and see what needs to be done when I come in for work. It is great for a visual person who needs to see all of the customers that have sent in messages. I like the additional features like adding notes and tagging certain posts so that they can be reported and sent to internal partners.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I will have trouble with the filtering options as they can be a little overwhelming. When dismissing items they don't always leave my queue which can be a bit frustrating at times.

This is a great tool that can help you better understand your customers. I highly recommend.

What do you like best?

I love all the additional features on Spredfast, such as the "Plan" feature where you can group posts into one plan and track the progress of that one group as opposed to all posts. Makes it super easy.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to schedule on Instagram. However, that's obviously not Spredfast's fault.

We're scheduling posts for clients who then need to approve them. Spredfast makes it easy to schedule posts with assigned approvals instead of manually emailing clients posts and language to approve.

I love how easy the platform is to use! Our customer partner is quick to respond and very helpful. The authorization process for posts is straightforward and simple. There are so many options available to us as far as what we can do with our social media accounts.

What do you dislike?

There are some limitations to the types of social media contests they can run, but that's to be expected. Sometimes the dashboard can be a little buggy, but they are quick to fix these issues.

Spredfast helps us solve our issue of organizing social media posts. It allows us to build a calendar of our posts and send them through authorization processes if needed.
