We utilize spot a for security needs at multiple facilities, including internal theft, and after hours protection. We also use it to document safety incidents in preparation for litigation.

Spot AI has replaced all of our legacy systems and enables us to view and review all of our sites from one central location. And with cheaper costing than our on-site analog DVR systems, it was an easy choice to go with Spot AI.

Initial POE set-up at all of our locations was intensive but Spot AI communicated with us all the way through.

We have multiple uses for Spot AI and whether that's reviewing footage from our parking lots or getting a live feed from our offices Spot AI gives us the perfect tools to do this quickly and with precision.

Spot AI can give me more than 30 days storage without having to maintain a physical NAS. I was able to install and trust I can access footage at any time. Support is also very prompt in responding my questions.

In the future would like to see cameras with more stock features like two-way audio and spotlights.

Storage issues. Traditional NVR's are limited by their hard drives sizes.

I like the ease of setup, the promptness to answer calls and concerns. Pricing structure was an important part and was easy to understand and calculate long term cost. Integration was very simple, and works well with our system. Cannot say enough about how easy the system is to use, to add users, to maintain, and just to monitor the every day activities of the manufacturing facility.

Bandwith needs to be high for remote viewing

Spot AI is great. We can have access to all of our locations from one platform and see them all at once or each location separately. We love that they can record audio and video which is a requirement in most of the states we operate in. It's easy to setup and to use.

It takes a while to download video to save for cases and regularly times out.

When having issues with downloading files they have been very helpful. Their support is always there as well when implementing a new location if needed, but it goes so smoothly that you don't always need customer support.
