Splitting payment and interest free for customers.

Customers those who can't complete their purchase due to financial difficulties they can do it easily with splitit.

I'm always a fan of great service, which Splitit has certainly provided with our complicated implementations, however, that's probably not what you're looking to read about here. Aside from excellent service, it's simply a great payment product that gives your customers the flexibility to pay over time, without hassle, credit checks and insane fees. Happy end customer = happy merchant (me). Everyone wins.

If I'd have filled this in a couple of months ago, it would have been the Splitit Magento 2 extension because it wasn't fit for purpose, so badly so we couldn't use it and had to build our own integration. However, that's now been rectified and we're incredibly happy with the complete overhaul they've done (listening to their customers' feedback, back to that service thing I mentioned earlier!). So the short answer, I've got nothing right now I don't like, does what it needs to do for us!

Biggest issue our customers have is being able to get credit, so being able to use their existing credit and paying over time without the insane credit card fees makes for happy customers, increasing revenue and all the other good stuff.

Ability to offer 0% financing with no fees for the consumer, with low merchant fees. Intuitive set-up and easy-to-use dashboard. Integration with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.

Customer needs to have available credit on their credit card(s)

Some of our customers do not have the cash available to purchase our product at the time of delivery, and Splitit offers a simple solution to break up those payments over 12 or 18 months. The customer gets 0% interest with no fees, as long as they pay their monthly installments to their credit card company on time. The only fees or interest will be charged by their credit card company if the payments are not made on time. We pay a low service fee. But we are also protected since a hold is placed on the customer's credit card. Splitit is the only payment provider that made it possible for us to offer 0% financing to our customers with a low merchant fee!

We sell high value consulting services and Splitit is great for these. Clients love the ability to pay in installments.

About half of our clients are international, and we occasionally have trouble with foreign banks either rejecting Splitit or tagging as potential fraud.

We used to issue multiple invoices to clients and spent way too much time managing collections. Splitit has greatly simplified our accounting and has reduced our default rate.

I recommend the use of it, the best service of the world.

We can use it with any Country of origin of the clients. Our sales are protected by the Pre-Auth system.

It is not that easy to be understood by the clients. We had to set our own documentation to explain the ecommerce clients how it works.

Upselling and sales via credit card settlements toward any Country client.

Users don't need to worry nothing, reasonable charge of merchant.

I was trying to reach out someone on the website and it takes several days to get emails back.

Some users not able to afford or not willing to pay the full amount for a single product, Splitit gives a chance to pay back monthly.

This service with no doubt increased our sales and our AOV.

Offering my customers a way to finance their purchase with no credit checks

Splitit is easy and quick for customers to adopt. They're customer and marketing support is unrivaled.

There is nothing I dislike enough to comment on.

In my opinion, it's the best after pay solution on the market.
