An intuitive spa management system

It is easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage from the IT point of view. Reports are also good to get and useful. Also, by the time it was first installed it integrated with our PMS (Sihot), so it worked for us.
Installation was not complicated but required additional time to fulfill as we needed to install software, connect to a local server, etc. We are changing to SaaS models, which only require Internet Navigators to work
Spasoft helped me calendar spa sessions and take control of the incomes related to spa services, also it deployed the information generated to our PMS (Sihot) by a services integration. In Spasoft we found a good service that integrated our technologies and handles spa services at a good price.
The ability to open invoices in a PDF and search for specific ones.
It’s a little outdated and could be more user friendly.

We used spasoft at our 5-star resort in NV. It was used as part of our daily routine in the spa.
I found that at times it could be a bit clunky or difficult to navigate.
The receptionists, massage therapists, and concierge were all able to utilize spasoft. We used it to locate reservations, but also to add notes for our each guest. Some guests were celebrating birthdays, were with large parties, or didn't really speak english. We were able to create notes on the reservations so everybody would be known and up to date on our guests.

It offers everything from guest management, booking, many many reports about profits, performance and resource utilization, as well as the ability to book groups and connect with other types of software to gather payment
Supports sale of products in addition to spa services, easy to navigate scheduler
program frequently crashed despite numerous updates. Support wasn't always quick to fix.

Easy To use system for our newly opened spa. I took a little while to learn the in's and outs of the system but in a few weeks I was able maneuver fairly well. Everything from booking appointments to chekcing people in.
I wish this system would work with our Micros system. We have to have 2 separate system when we cash someone out for their services. We require several signatures from both system and sometimes it get to be pain in the neck.
The benefits are you can easily find errors that may have been made throughout the day. Spa Soft is great a keep records of times and services our guest had while they were here with us,
It's easy to use and understand. It allows for easy booking of appointments.
It freezes often, it's hard to make changes and it's out of date. Also there's no ap to use on your phone to view appointments from home.
It crashes often and once a client pays you can't move the appointment.
