SpamTitan Email Security is most helpful because it provides strong protection against spam, phishing, malware, and ransomware before emails reach users’ inboxes. The main upsides are its easy deployment and a user-friendly GUI interface, which makes it straightforward to set up and manage.

I’ve been using SpamTitan for about two years, and I haven’t found anything I dislike about it.

The problem it solves for us is blocking 99% of spam, as advertised. The price is also very budget-friendly.

Excellent tool for filtering mail, the functionality and analysis of SpamTitan is very good.

Technical support response time, sometimes they take time to respond.

Stopping a load of junk and malware

Spam Titan does what it is suppose to do very well. It is userfreindly and intuitive. One of the best component of SpamTitan is the support staff, Excellent.

Spam Titan works and works well. This is a product that you can implement and forget about it as it does what it is suppose to.

We were flooded with Spam and malicious emails. This impacted the staff greatly and the risk factor of exploitation via email was high. SpamTitan solved that effectively.

The SpamTitan solution, like all TitanHQ products, is simple to set up and up and running in minutes, both OnPrem and Cloud. It is also possible to request a full 30-day trial with full vendor support, for the entire duration.

The graphical interface should be improved and made more current.

Although the Gateway solution may seem more attractive from an economic point of view, I recommend carefully evaluating the Cloud solution, as it simplifies management and, above all, maintenance (as well as being natively in HA).

Since implementing SpamTitan, I no longer receive spam, phishing, and BEC emails. Also, through the Valid Recipient Verification, my mail server experiences less workload.

Easy to use interface and sends emails every day with emails caught in quarantine.

Nothing for now, really it is minor issues which they always solve.

The spam filtering is accurate and it has reduced the number of spam emails that we receive.

we have used Spam Titan for five months now, and probably the only thing I dislike is there is no Tech Support in Spanish, and not everyone in My IT Team is fluent in English, so not all of them can call tech support, although we have only called support once in these five months, and received a great and fast service

first availability of the antispam service, my previous provider had a lot of outages, second the ease of use for the end-users and how they can manage their own rules in a few clicks, also reduce to a minimum the tickets to the help desk to block or unblock senders or domains

The solution is very stable and not too much false positive, and when there is some false positive, easy to release the e-mails with the tools. Support when needed very fast. The tools are easy to use. It is very easy and very fast to implement.

Not too much downside other than the false positive that happens once in a while

Instead of trying to put in place a solution to filter spam and virus on the exchange server at my customer site, I let the pro do their best and protect my customer, and this way, I can concentrate my time and effort on what I am the best. Filtering spam is their primary business, and they are very good at it.

Simple to use, and great support. Every support rep who answers the phone can solve your problem. They can even take over the session and walk you through it, or fix it for you. In a business where service is dying, they exceed expectations. Daily spam reports, easy block and allow setup. You can go shared cloud or private cloud and prices are great.
