Soutron is always responsive to our queries or training requests and strives to resolve any issues quickly.

There are times when the small size of our collection meant the functionality available is too sophisticated for our needs. However, we have been able to select the modules and functionality that are most relevant to us.

Soutron is helping to get our 240 year old archive out to more people which is a huge benefit to our organisation. The ease of being able to add delicate/fragile items along with pictures, documentation and digital files is bringing more awareness to our archive and heritage. Items which have been stored for a long time and un-accessible to a wider audience are now accessible to more interested parties.

It is fast and reliable. Our implementation did not take long, and we had all the support need it. I use it daily for ILL services. The customer support is also reliable. It is not complicated to learn how to use it.

The look of the app could be more attractive.

It allows me to access my holdings that have been organized and/or cataloged to support the library services.

It's hard to pinpoint anything, we're very happy with the service we receive. If I were being picky, I'd really appreciate there being an email thread for queries and support to help with context

The global edit and replace features in the Soutron LMS have helped keep our catalogue records easily and quickly update.

I appreciate the customizations that Soutron offers compared to its competitors. I was able to customize our portal layout, the way our records were displayed, and received training and assistance on how to set up templates for cataloging. I had a lot of assistance learning how to use the system, which I appreciated.

The downside to having a lot of customizations and options is that it can be difficult to learn how to do everything possible with the system. I get a lot of help setting up portal layouts, but there is a learning curve in figuring it out.

Our library didn't have a digital repository to display our visual collections. Since implementing Soutron, we have been able to start adding our large collection of photographic collections for future public use. There are also capabilities to do online exhibits and other possibilities. Being able to view our photographic collections online will benefit researchers. We are also planning on adding our campus publications in the future.

It is an ituitive system that is easy to manage, it allows staff to easily access and maintain records. Implementation was quick and required minimal input from me. Customer support is always helpful and issues are quickly resolved.

Deleting records can be quite time consuming so when doing an archive clearance it takes more time than i'd like to update the system.

Catalogue for the library.

Soutron for me is best supplier for workflow. I could match resources, data could be structured and be presented through this library management system.I could achieve great workflow having the database of Soutron.I could solve the gaps in my research using " the hearts of heart " of all products that Soutron delivers.I started respect myself as a researcher using this platform and services.

I did not find shortcomings in the system rather it demands a lot and a little heavy on my financial funds but everything else is great!

There is the single library instance with up 1-3 Admin users

Up to 30000 titles, external resources so if you use this documents managment system you will not regret using this system!
