Simple interface and very user friendly. Features are laid out to easily navigate. Not only for IT users, but also end users that want to manage their own domain.

Wish reports could be more graphical or even pie graphs. Some executives want charts or graphs over raw data.

If your looking for a simple integration and a product that is proven with thousands of domains,, this is it.

Removes most of the scare from fraudulent addresses. Major benefit is that it removed major concerns about malicious emails getting to our end users. We can also block spam via dashboard with one click. If a customer wants access you can grant them domain access to administer their own site. This helps on saving man hours and calls coming in.

How it will backup the email archive and has integration for mulitple platforms

Wish it was fully integrated nable so i do not have multiple portals

customers deleting all email of if someone leaves and deletes everything out of the email.

I like how easy the setup was and how intuitive the web interface is.

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about Mail Assure.

Since they have a 30-day trial, you have nothing to lose except maybe some viruses.

Mail Assure has changed our email environment where we were one click away from disaster. Now my users are protected, and I have a level of confidence that my users are safer then they have ever been.

Mail Assure is an easy to add extra layer of protection for your clients cloud and local email systems.

Interface could be faster, other than that it seems excellent.

Adding Mail Assure gives and increased feeling of assurance to our customers, coupled with lowering the amount of support tickets raised over spam and phishing emails.

Its been a very reliable product compared to other competitors in the market. I would recommend over other products we have historically sold

Daily end user spam emails

The scout reports and quarantine functionality have been very positively received by our users. The provided documentation, and customer support are top class.

The web interface is occasionaly slow, and sometimes crashes however there are no issues with the core functionality.

MailAssure has drastically lowered the amount of time we have to spend dealing with spam-related issues. The product is extremely easy to implement which allows us to easily drop it in to new customer's email setups.

Email aliases are a bonus, which our previous platform did not have.

Web interface is slow and occasionally crashes, but this is not too big of an issue.

I would say that I like a lot the anti-spam email security.
