I love Emplifi because you can offer integral customer service. You can have Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc., in just one place and that means you can cover everything and offer a better service to your customers.
The one thing I don't like about Emplifi is we can't select and hide multiple comments at once.
My job now is more efficient because I can cover every social media just from one place.

The labeling functionality is key for anyone's strategy to understand performance of their posts more.
We have tested multiple social media management platforms and the key functionality of labels and the fact that data is not inflated and taken directly from each social media platform was key to our decision. As well as it being easy to use and onboard anyone at the company.
The team behind Emplifi is an absolute gem and does everything to make sure anything that your experience and needs are looked after.
Roadmaps are constantly developed and adapted depending on customer feedback as well.
If you have basic social listening needs, Emplifi also offers this. We aren't using it as our searches are more complicated.
An absolute must-have for anyone working with accounts that you need insights on, but aren't or shouldn't publish content in. Emplifi separates the API between Publishing and Insights, allowing us to abide by data protection
Unfortunately, the data has a midnight delay, which is not on Emplifi's side but rather the platforms they receive data from.
In the future I would love to see more in regards to automation on making rules on how something needs to be labeled and further development into logo recognition on posts for automatic labeling as well.
There is a consistent way of gathering and using data across the organisation and knowing what anyone across the teams are posting is essential in understanding post performance.
Emplifi has helped me to professionalize Social Media for three big companies. The publisher tool helps maintain and maintain and secure accounts and allows a lot, especially when managing different profiles. It is fantastic, primarily when other teams work on different accounts. It centralizes it and gives you a better overview.
Dashboards are the most fantastic feature for a data geek like me. Every morning, I review them, allowing me to quickly pick up on what is happening if we have an opportunity or a crisis.
Talking about crisis, the listening feature is also a must for me because of the nature of the company I work for.
With all my expertise, Emplifi is a must-have for a big company that wants to take Social Media seriously, and there is no other brand I believe has this many features working well. It is top of the market, so I have been changing jobs and taking Emplifi with me.
Your analytics feature is so so so bad. It works for FB, but it has never worked for me on Instagram because we post all reels. I love the data that it gives me on FB, but I don't use it at all. But, if I could have the same for Instagram, it would be a total game changer.
You must step it up with what it can recollect and do with Instagram and TikTok.
It allows me to take Social Media to the next level, being something useful (beneficial) for my company. Worrying about somebody accessing or posting the accounts without permission is over with the publisher. Having all my main metrics with easy access and visually apparent is a total game changer. Discovering a crisis via listening before it gets big: lifesaver.
We have 80+ business pages in our franchise and Emplifi has made cross-posting incredibly easy. Not only is it a time-saver, I can also create and send reports to all our managers with specific segments to help learn the breakdown and how to do better going forward. Easy to navigate, user-friendly, and support has always been quick and efficient!
There are so many feautures available and we don't use them all - so at times, it seems 'busy'. That's more on us, though.
Emplifi is a time-saver. Without it, we'd have to navigate 80+ pages and no one has time for that...
Emplifi allows my team to publish, analyse, moderate and report on our social media presence across all key platforms. The custom dashboards and ability to personalise key metrics within live campaigns is particularly useful.
It would be great to be able to do more simple period vs period reporting withib dashboards. It's possible right now but it can take a little bit longer than a GA for example.
The ability to track performance across many different social platforms in one place. Previously this required diving into each platform individually which was time consuming.
It's user friendly while offering great versatility in allowing Us to customize the experience of the whole support team. Previous tools that we had didn't offer a lot of widgets or data integrations to allow Us to automate everything.
There are still some integrations or widgets missing, but nothing that that support and tech team regularly welcomes during our QBRs/feedback session. I'd like to see more widgets focusing on organic and paid performance of content.
As a brand with multiple social media accounts that cover multiple regions, this allows Us to consolidate everything for easier management and publishing. It has drastically shortened our time to generate reports thru our dashboards.
It's a tool that it's always launching new features - that follows what's trending on social media (like publishing and scheduling reels directly through the platform). Also, it's a great tool to analyze what's performing better.
Unfortunately, the usability it's not so much intuitive - it's necessary to do the trainings and watching their learning module to full understand how to use the tool.
They do their best to implement as soon as possible new features launched by social media platforms - like scheduling reels or stories. As far as I know, there are not many tools that do that.
It's a complete plataform and thats makes de difference. I really appreciate how easy is responding social interacions, create and organize tags and take insighsts.
The plataform is stable, never has fail conections, it's fast and fluid.
Sometimes the thumbs of posts doesn't appears when the post is older or is not mine, and its limited to respond/coment posts who aren't mine. I think we could ncrease the 7 days time to respond a DM and i miss an a better API who i could see imagens send on DM, linsten recived audios.
all-in-one solution. I use to responding the followers at Brazil Lindt Account on DMs and coments. I use it too to take a look at posts that people tag/mencioned the brand.

We are always notified of upcoming changes, our feedback is taken into consideration for new features, and we have a team of experts at the ready willing to help us make the most out of the tool. Whether it's a simple user setting question or building analytics dashboards, we're supported in a way no other tool could offer.
There are a few little changes I would make to features to really enjoy this tool the most, and I share those thoughts with our rep. Still, Emplifi is above and beyond better than their competitors for user experience and customer support. If I were to pick one thing to dislike, it would be the price! Again, it's still a great product for the price and they helped bring it down for us as a nonprofit so we could fit it in the budget.
Emplifi has improved our team's completion rate (how much incoming content we see, process, or respond to) tremendously, saving us time and making it far easier to respond to all of our incoming content. Furthermore, made communicating with agents a lot easier due to Emplifi's internal communication system and Answer Templates for easy drag-and-drop canned responses to popular questions on our social media.
