An essential parental control tool for Instagram

I have been using Snoopreport and it has been very enlightening. Initially, I used it to monitor simple statistics: liked posts and hashtags of my friends and family. However, the latest update has come up with an even more advanced model that incorporates artificial intelligence analytics.

My daughter was about to enter her teenage years when my curiosity about her online life peaked and I made a conscious effort to get out of my comfort zone and explore her world. Snoopreport also unveiled its new AI capabilities that give me much more than a simple list of her activities - it tells me why. The report said it figured out her favorite topics and common destinations, and recommended places she might like to travel to.

A few days later, I pulled out the report and sat down with Anissa to read some of the findings. It was the first time we had found a common interest in a particular genre of music, and we even planned to visit a nearby coffee shop after the report recommended it. It was not just about spying on her online, it was about reconnecting people to what is happening around them in the digital space.

Snoopreport is now a necessity for me, not just as a parent, but for the insight it provides into the digital behavior and interests of the people around me. The use of AI and the ability to provide such a level of understanding in areas like "finding common interests for a better dating life" or "monitoring your child's activity on the internet" gives such a great depth of insight that I personally have never seen before.

What do you like best about Snoopreport?

You are able to pull reports anonymously on the number of likes, follows, and favorite users from someone's account. You can also find hashtags that they are interested in.

What do you dislike about Snoopreport?

Most of the monitoring services can be done mannually through the Instagram app for free. Also you are unable to pull information such as likes, follows and hashtag interaction, from private accounts.

Tracking user's Instagram accounts to understand their interest based on their likes, follows, and hashtags they follow. We are able to find audience that may be interested in a particular trend and promote our products using paid social media campaigns.

There is much left to be desired in the reports and it doesn't always feel like it's a complete snapshot of user activity.

Scammers avoiding accountability

Their “product” is misleading, dishonest, and deceptive. I went back and forth for over a month with these people for a refund on the basis their product is unusable and not as advertised. They refused by referring to a policy conveniently buried in their T&C.

In short, they’re scammers.

Incurred huge issues with this service

Incurred huge issues with this service. It was first of all completely inaccurate. I provided the proof to them and asked for refund which they claim they give. I received dismissive response and upon sending proofs their service is not accurate no longer received replies. Makes me believe the platform is a scam and highly advise staying away from it. It did not provide the service it claims to. Everything was inaccurate when I received the results and when I tried to apply for refund they ghosted.

Beware of the Hidden Shortcomings of Snoopreport

After an unpleasant experience with Snoopreport, I find it necessary to share my feedback and strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this service.

Initially, Snoopreport seemed like a promising platform, promising a money-back guarantee and an easy cancellation process. However, my experience has been far from what was advertised.

Firstly, the refund policy was not as transparent or as straightforward as promised. Despite my attempts to claim a refund, I faced obstacles and delay tactics, which made it seem as if they were purposefully stalling the process. This was highly disappointing, as it directly contradicted their guarantee of an easy and prompt refund.

Secondly, the cancellation process for membership is convoluted and slow. This creates unnecessary difficulties for those wishing to discontinue the service, again contradicting the easy cancellation process they initially promoted.

Furthermore, there are undisclosed shortcomings with the service that only become apparent after subscribing. These were not mentioned in the FAQs, hence potential subscribers are unable to make an informed decision about the service's true capabilities and limitations.

In summary, I would recommend potential subscribers to consider other alternatives before deciding on Snoopreport. The lack of transparency, coupled with the slow and unresponsive customer service, makes it a less than satisfactory choice.

absolute garbage

absolute garbage. purchased reports from them - they are containing very little data. I was able to find more on my own. Not worth the money!

Absolutely rubbish of a app

Absolutely rubbish of a app, I already paid for the follower and it makes me pay extra for these features, imagine paying for something with more hidden paywalls to use the full application
