Fairly solid service with decent support

What do you like best about SMTP2GO?

The cost is affordable, other than that the website is fairly easy to use. Support has always been great.

What do you dislike about SMTP2GO?

I don't have anything that stands out that would be an answer here.

What problems is SMTP2GO solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've often had trouble with email going directly from my own SMTP and getting blocked by spam filters at various larger institutions (schools, etc.) and I like separating the email from the rest of the website services.

MSP dream service

No support needed

I was looking for a system integration email sending solution that is secure, reliable, fast, and easy to implement. I considered several other options but after 'quickly trying out' smtp2go, there's no reason to look any further: It was production ready in an hour. No issues, no errors, no challenges - just working. I couldn't ask for a better service provider. sic

It just works.

They solve a problem simply and cost effectively. If you need to relay your emails to get them delivered, SMTP2GO is a no brainer. I honestly forget that I have them set up most of the time because it requires no effort on my part. It just works.

Reliable SMTP services provider

I have many remote sites that run on automated controllers that send activity and status updates using SMTP. SMTP2GO has reliable up time, an intuitive user interface with simple to configure logins and usage statics graphs. The price to service level is consistently a good value in my projects. I have needed very little direct support as the interface and documentation is ample, but when needed, it is top notch.
