I like the ability to address our very detailed requirements in a quick implementation with a modern, atractive user interface.
What do you dislike about Smartway2?
I wish I had heard if it before. More marketing!
What problems is Smartway2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were attempting to schedule several large offices to avoid crowding with constrained space and elevator demand and keep our large team of people happy and motivated by adapting to their new normal - sometimes working from home - schedules. We have achieved all that and more.

Friendly, easy to use and powerful product, great service team.
What do you like best about Smartway2?
Implemented Smartway2 to run 65 rooms and 4000 desks. It was quick and straightforward, scaled well and was flexible with our unique requirements.
What do you dislike about Smartway2?
There are some great new features now released, I wish they were there from last year, glad they are there now.
What problems is Smartway2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hot desking and room Booking. Satisfied productive staff and great utilisation.

Smartway 2 to book office meeting rooms and inform our office management staff of any particular set up requirements (layout, catering etc) For the most part a platform that supports effective management of room bookings
What do you like best about Smartway2?
Web platform that supports single sign on, provides a quick snapshot of room availability and allows you to book rooms as required (including supporting notes, set up requirements etc)
What do you dislike about Smartway2?
Sometimes a little glitchy - for example booking in a longer meeting but it saves it as a 30 minute default meeting. Took a while for our organisation to integrate it with Outlook.

A pretty nifty system
What do you like best about Smartway2?
Ease of use for end users - it's pretty smooth and if not quite foolproof, almost! The meeting room panels are great, a huge improvement for our meeting room management.
What do you dislike about Smartway2?
Support are very quick when it's an easy fix, but tricky cases can drag on. It would be great if there was a way of performing an immediate sync between Smartway and Active Directory - at the moment it's a timed sync only which can be annoying when setting up new users in a hurry. That's a minor quibble though.
What problems is Smartway2 solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth management of events with catering and complicated requirements, managing room resources while minimising double booking and people just not booking at all! It has made the management of our spaces much easier and more professional.

Can be a little confusing if you don’t do the appropriate training and fully learn how to use the system.
