Not as user friendly as they said it would be

It is a great product but sometimes it is very hard to run adhoc and OT reports. I like in the older version how it had the quarterly and monthly OT amounts that could be adjusted by the date. Now, I have to run adhoc reports but I don' how to configure the formulas and filters. I wish smartlinx 6 was as clear as the old version.
