Skrapp.io is an Email Finder extension that helps you find emails from websites and professional social networks. The Domain Search is an advanced search feature. It allows you to find employees emails from their companies websites. The Email Finder integrates smartly with your Linkedin account and allows you to find emails from Linkedin profiles and Linkedin searches. It helps you gather data of your leads (name, email, title, company, Linkedin URL) in lists and export your it to your CRM, ESP, File storage service or Excel and CSV spreadsheets.

What do you like best?

It delivers are expected - if all you need is email, this plug in is great. Doesnt have bells and whistles in terms of fancy integrations. It's a pretty basic app but works and emails are accurate. Also like that there doesn't seem to have limitations on how many emails I can extract

What do you dislike?

Would be great to also see contact phone number

What do you like best?

The fact you can pull multiple prospects from LinkedIn and that it's fully automated! This has changed my life for the better. I work in a lead generation/business development role and Skrapp has completely revolutionised my day to day. Before having this product, I would spend hours manually scraping or pulling data from people's profiles then having to add to a spreadsheet before being able to use them. With Skrapp, I can get 500 contacts confirmed and pulled in a matter of minutes compared to the hours I had to do it before. I love this product lol

What do you dislike?

The only thing I would say I dislike (and I use that term lightly) is that it sometimes pulls the wrong email. As in, I believe it pulls any email address or domain from the company's website so if they have a @careers or @jobs email the product assumes this is the work email when it is not. This took me a few weeks to realise but once I now know this can happen it's as easy to overcome as adding another review step to your process. Again, this isn't a massive issue for me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are in a lead generation or business development role you need to do whatever it takes to convince your boss that you need this. Trust me, they will thank you. You will dramatically reduce the time spent building mundane sales lists in half, if not more, meaning you will have more time to focus on big accounts, cold call and most importantly - MAKE MONEY!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving the following problems with Skrapp.io - Lead generation, prospection, account mapping, list building, corporate structuring. As per the above, if you're in a lead generation role or business development focused you need to get this! it has completely changed my job and my opinion on one of the most boring, mundane parts of it. Not to mention, the more prospects I can reach the more money I can make.

What do you like best?

Everything! So my current role is pure business development/lead generation and I support 4 different sales people with different territories so I spent my days researching companies, building lists, importing said lists & contacting everyone, which is incredibly time-consuming. I could spend the entire workday and only have 200-300 legit prospects at max, so it wasn't sustainable. We found Skrapp and it completely revolutionised the way we prospect

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it pulls terrible data or omits data in the export. The full list view in the portal isn't that great as it only shows 30 leads at a time so it's more time-consuming. The amount of credits wasted on poor targets is frustrating and the plugin with LinkedIn doesn't allow you to chose specific people from a list so you've to mass grab which isn't great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd definitely recommend this product for ANYONE and EVERYONE that's in sales, even if you're not fully lead responsible for lead generation. If you are a business development roll/lead generation I'd highly recommend getting this as it's revolutionised the way I operate.

Account mapping, lead generation - the overall prospection process is made way more efficient. Time spent building out accounts and sales lists is halved so the initial few steps can be completed in a few days or hours.

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the software, there is a very transparent way to manage it. It also shows the saved searches properly organized for future use.

What do you dislike?

I struggle a couple of weeks to find their customer service but once I made contact and submit my claim they responded very well. It seem the system removed the credits I had so from 800 or so went to zero! I was frustrate but as I mentioned above they fix it and the put me back 5000 credits!! This is for sure an excellent way to show respect and interest about their customers

I guess our business is finding thru this great tool new leads.

skrapp is a greatfinder with lots of credits to use every month

What do you dislike?

offers a lot of free credits to use. The downside though is since you have a lot of credits it doesnt offer a preview of the domain of the contact's

it really benefits users like me who uses LinkedIn to source for profiles.

What do you like best?

It's just plug & play. On a linkedin profile you get an extra button that allows you to find the email of this person.

What do you dislike?

There is a limit of 150 emails a month on the free pack, so if you have a big organisation, you'll probably run out of credits quite soon.

What do you like best?

I love to use this software/website because I can easily create a prospect list for marketing and sales, it is super fast and when the software gathers the information you don't only get the email, instead the software gathers the First and Last name, the email address, the job title and the company where the prospect is working at! That is really cool, and you literally can do it just with one click. Also you can access to your Skrapp's account information and all the gathered information at any time using the web app, since everything is clodu synced.

What do you dislike?

As for right now I have 0 complaints with Skrapp, I love the software and I can't think of anything that I would dislike about it. Maybe the only thing I dislike is that it can't get primary email and sometimes it's accuracy is not the best, but I don't thin that this is a big problem.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If people spends a lot of time gathering information at LinkedIn then they should totally try Skrapp, it is one of the easiest and fastest tools out there, it has some nice features as well that can make the process a lot easier and somehow automated.

For me the time is the most important thing, so it has really helped me in some way to make the process of gathering information a lot faster! I love the option to remove duplicate information and also the option to export all the prospects to a CSV file. Also by making this process a lot faster and more automatic I have more time to communicte with the prospects, to send them information and focus more on the marketing, leading to more interested people.

What do you like best?

The program is designed to be a google chrome extension. Once you install the plugin you can use it to search linkedin for specific emails. You can export your search once it is complete. You can use the free program to search for up to 150 emails per month. After that you must pay for the service.

What do you dislike?

I am having issues logging in, the server is down with no explanation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Check out the FAQ page on the site to ensure this is the right product for you. It's easy to use, it finds people easily, but it can be buggy as I found out recently when it wouldn't allow me to log in.

To research potential employees. You can use the extension to find users on linked in, search their profiles, save the profiles, and export your findings.

What do you like best?

I like how quickly and fluidly the tool works.

What do you dislike?

I think it could use more features to help organize different groups of emails that I have gathered in different lists and bind them together in one or many folders. It's a really great start though and a major step for lead generation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you overuse the service LinkedIn will lock you out so use it slowly. I would say under 200 email sources in a 5 minute period.

Source email leads through LinkedIn. I used to be able to gather around 60 a day with Skapp.io I can gather over 1500.
