Nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, solo come spunto di miglioramento suggerirei di potenziare l'algoritmo di clustering.

Con Skipso siamo riusciti a coinvolgere 20k colleghi in due campagne per la raccolta e la selezione di idee di miglioramento.

Coming in new to the innovation space and managing a innovation project was extremely daunting (in our case, it was running a first ideathon in the company). They were quick to offer advice on how to get started. What they offer was a self administration module, it was intuitive to get organised. And whenever we reached out for support, they are quick to response to queries. We also needed specific requirements to meet branding requirements and they were also quick to act on those for our needs.

Skipso's outstanding ability is definitely its highly individualized, fast and personable customer support. Communication is uncomplicated at all times and requests are processed and implemented in the shortest possible time.

If you really want to criticize something about working with Skipso, it is the fact that due to the incredible speed of processing requests, sometimes the quality of implementations suffers a bit on a high level. However, the small language barrier, which can lead to misunderstandings, certainly also plays a role here.

Skipso is helping us to build a platform that will initially bundle all innovation activities internally, from idea campaigns or open calls to scouting activities of the relevant market environment, and in the medium to long term also open up this innovation process to the outside world, thus enabling true open innovation.

Skipso is very open to changes that we'd like to make to our hosted website. They are responsive and easy to work with.
