Organization of the software. You can easily organize candidates in the process and the ones that ate finalized.

I wouldn't say I like the rating scale for this; I wish it was more standard and had a 1-10 rating scale rather than a 1-7 scale.

My only recommendations would be that it is a 1-7 rating scale, don't let the rating scale be too harsh on candidate reference feedback.

Accurate reference reports for candidates before they are hired, making the onboarding process more seamless.

It was very easy to use and understand. It guided me through the program very easily. I also liked that it gave you the opportunity to write your own strengths and weaknesses for the person I was referencing . They specified that this information would be made confidential.

When I tried to do it on my phone, I had a call come in and I lost all my information that I had put in. So I just did it on my pc and then it worked great and I had no trouble.!

This is a very good program. There is very thorough. I did it as a reference. There is a letter that you receive from the person you are referencing. It directs you right to the link for the reference survey. They give you opportunities to write specific details. SkillSurvey is very user friendly! I would highly recommend it to any company.

I did a job reference for a colleague. It went very smooth and was very easy to use. I like that they sent reminders and follow ups so that you knew what to do.

The overall platform is very user-friendly and the support team is accessible and open to receiving feedback on how to continually improve the tool. This SkillSurvey OnDemand Credentialing tool allows us to efficiently and effectively screen our candidates in the healthcare setting. As a service provider to a highly regulated industry, this tools offers a critical component to our compliance department.

Nothing that I have experienced at this time. In comparison to conducting demos with other tools, we opted to dive into the use of SkillSurvey OnDemand Credentialing tool in my previous organization.

Give this product a try. It's a great tool that is continually innovating and open to ideas from direct users.

Tracking and the ability to view analytics. Credentialing in the staffing arena is critical for our client service levels. The SkillSurvey OnDemand Credentialing tool offers a variety of ways to customize the tool specific to our needs.

Everything is customizable and automated which provides a return on time invested for my team.

Shortening the turnaround time in our screening and overall hiring process is critical to our business. SkillSurvey compliments and enhances our current process.

I like that it creates the peer reference form automatically and reminds the peers that they need to fill out the form if they have not done it.

If someone else in a different branch of our department (i.e. the PCS/Corporate) says that the person is complete but then it gets to our level and we end up needing a different peer reference for some reason, then we can't just click a button to incomplete that person so we can send out another one.

It creates efficiency--streamlines the peer reference process and ensures that peer references are not forgotten when they are sent out.

I love the fact that I don't have to constantly send out faxes for peer references. It's great it will send them out, then send reminders, and you can always check to see where in the process they are by viewing the history. This has saved me so much time. I just started using it for Affiliation requests!! LOVE IT!!

The fact that we can't fax peer references. We can send them email but not via fax. And that fact that on the affiliation requests the affiliate doesn't have to verify the dates that they were affiliated.

Everything about the product is user friendly. It helps create efficiency throughout the peer reference process. The physician feedback has been positive as well.

At this time we are pleased with the functionality of SkillSurvey. We originally began using this product to im-prove our turnaround times with peer references and it has definitely accomplished that.

This product will definitely make obtaining peer references easier. Every single applicant that has been processed through SkillSurvey has been a smooth process.

The tool is easy to use, allows the reviewer autonomy. This usually gives us a balanced review of the individuals credentials and personality.

There are times when we have a very unique profile and we have to pick a survey that is close vs. one that is dead on.

Very easy to use and the reference reports are valuable

We want our references for our candidates to be real and true. Plus we wanted to eliminate the added work on our back office team, who use to do phone reference checks.

I like that the turnaround time is so much quicker than sending through snail mail and the forms look so much more professional and are much easier to read etc. The support staff are quick in responding to problems and questions.

For me personally there are more positives then negatives and I have not found anything that is to dislike. I am completing processing of applications much quicker.

Very quick responses and they are willing to listen to any suggestions for improvement. Definitely worth giving this product a try if you have the chance.

Our verification's are more standardized and the turnaround time is much quicker on receiving things back, which is a huge benefit. Our turnaround time has tremendously improved since we have been using this tool.

I like that emails generate automatically without input from the user.

I would like it if an invalid reference (haven't observed, for example), would flag differently without having to open the reference to review.

Manually sending out surveys is time consuming and tedious.
