Simulations are real school problems with no perfect solution. Each participants needs to develop a vision and priorities to guide them through the simulation. These simulations are well-thought out and professional done. They are extremely helpful as a instructional tool in the preparation of leaders, in professional development for leaders, and a great tool for generate real conversation among a group.

Cannot identify any component that I really dislike. I am working with the School SIMS team to develop an new Simulation based on some of the work we completed this past year. The professionals behind the scenes at SIMS are top notch. They bring a wealth of experience and great skills in working with a group.

Our project brought a team of school leaders who had not worked together. We used the SIMS to generate meaningful discussion, collaboration, and problem solving. The product has been most successful. We are in the final stages of evalution our project and the inital feedback suggest that the SIMS was a key in the success of our project.

The frequent updates to deploy and less resources to trouble shoot technical issues.

The major issue is covering the classes at the time teachers absence during emergency in large school environment, and identifying teaching load of the teachers, and parents can visualize dashboard on behaviour and class achievement which is live and user freindly, Fees billing module to track invoices in financial department.

The faculty are well nuanced with industry knowledge and make learning very much applicable to real world business environment.

The student council cell unlike most other MBA colleges do have enough industry experience to build compelling capabilities of students for them to hire ready.

I like that its very similar to human life, it has a lot of choices to make, and you don't have to think too much; just live a see the consequences of your actions.

Its not a "universe game" with big challenges or things you could earn.

A good relaxing game where you dont have to think too much, it also gives you a very realistic experience.
