Simplio3D has allowed us to design highly editable product configurators. The team at Simplio has consistenly been quick to help, ensuring any issues we had during setup were promptly resolved. For the customer, Simplio3D provides an easy to use configurator for bespoke products. It seamlessly integrates into our website.

Given that some of the backend options are still being developed, some functions we needed in the configurator were not immediately available. The team at SImplio has been working on implementing more functions, and have assisted in finding workaround in the interim. These workarounds have required changes to be made to the 3D models used.

Simplio3D allows us to allow customers to easily design/customise their products, for a fully online ordering experience.

It was so simple to get started, and the results have been very impressive. We were in a difficult situation because we wanted to keep using our existing website and app UI, but Simplio was able to design a system that we can integrate into any application we currently have. We now have it live on four different platforms.

There’s nothing we don’t like. The support is excellent.

We need to show customers exactly what they’re buying. Our product has 3 billion different combinations, and the way Simplio was able to build the model allows us to cover all of them. Reworks and mistakes have been reduced because customers can clearly see what they’re ordering.

I like how Simplio3D is very flexible and appreciate that the module is very wide, allowing for the creation of a lot of variables. The initial setup was extremely simple, and the documentation was helpful. I also find customer service to be excellent, with a special mention to Dan from customer service/sales doing an amazing job.

Great value! Excellent and reliable customer support! I moved from another platform and found out how easy it is to work with, very easy to update the configurators without messing up what I've done so far. Also, it seems that Simplio3D makes regular updates and does not interfere with my work.

The Augmented Reality module is very basic and clunky, but doesn't really have a marketing value for us right now.

I have used other similar platforms and find Simplio3D the most intuitive way to build a configurator. I'm not a CAD engineer so I wanted a solution without features I couldn't understand.

Although it seems intuitive to me, Simplio3D still needs work especially when the complexity of the configurator is higher. It gets a little more cumbersome, especially when I add more restrictions, but they have great tech support.

They provide a platform that alows us to generate leads.
